Immersed in beautiful nature, our tiny home is thoughtfully designed to give you a slice of wilderness, without having to sacrifice too many of life's luxuries.

Just five minutes outside of Mullumbimby, tucked into the Byron Bay Shire, you're nestled at the base of Mount Chincogan.

Have a relaxing soak in the outdoor bath, whilst surrounded by beautiful nature. Hear the native birds chirping in the trees and be visited by local cows and horses (and farm dog).

The space
Our tiny home is completely off-grid and was custom designed to feel modern and luxe, whilst taking advantage of the stunning scenery (particularly from the outdoor bath).

Life's busy enough, so we've adopted a minimalist feel and focused on the things that matter.

Other things to note
This tiny home is completely off-grid. Your water is pumped from a naturally occurring aquifer 40 metres under the mountain, your electricity is solar generated, the stove is gas and you'll have an eco-friendly, waterless composting toilet.

Due to the remote location, there may be limited mobile reception, but we do have ultra fast Starlink Internet/Wi-Fi

A note on pets: If you are considering bringing your furry friend, be aware there is lots of wildlife in the area, and they will need to be kept on a leash outdoors and cannot be left unattended at any times.
