You have entire spacious top floor with private entrance and large open balcony. Amazing views up 14 steps interior staircase and a firm handrail. Indulgent luxury to just relax , a beach holiday, or a family break! Lounge on the balcony and enjoy the scenery. Close to Margaret River surf and wineries. Great designer kitchen, bbq or walk to cafes, restaurants nearby!

The space
Relax in a Luxury escape, both elegant and family friendly. The entire top floor apartment is on the first floor, with your own private entrance and wide open balcony. 2 carpeted bedrooms, one with king size bed and one with two king singles and a further king trundle. Beautiful tiled floors, fans, deep bath in the bathroom and separate toilet/powder room. Apartment is air-conditioned for cooling and heating. There is a designer chef's kitchen and beautiful dining table and lounge area - all with views. It's hard to leave the views and breeze from every window and the large balcony with a bbq. Your Beautiful view at top of 14 steps interior staircase, firm handrail.

Guests have private entrance and full access to top floor apartment and uninterrupted view via 16 steps internal staircase and firm handrail. Secure garage for one car.
The large balcony and full opening sliding doors make a very spacious home. Walking distance for even the smallest toddler to the beach, parks, cafes, restaurants.
Access to inner laundry and dryer and outside clothesline and spot for beach towels! Great parks including a waterpark by the beach and Jetty areas.

Other things to note
One flight of 14 indoor stairs with solid handrail Our 89 year old Dad gives the handrail a thumbs up.
We do not rent the apartment to Leavers during November.

For children there is safe swimming, and a skate park and a variety of children's playgrounds nearby.
