Other things to note
Peregian Beach is a bohemian-style village on the Sunshine Coast between Noosa and Coolum, renowned for its long sandy stretches of uncrowded surf, destination restaurants, markets, and boutique shopping.
Peregian Beach suburb is a narrow strip of land nestled between the ocean, and David Low Way, the one road heading into Noosa. Being close to the village, beach, and elevated views of the hinterland is a highly sought-after location, which means it can also have holiday/traffic noise mixed in with the sounds of many birds and the ocean.
The vibe is a diverse and welcoming mix of long-time locals and young families that have made the shift in droves from Brisbane, Sydney and Melbourne.
The Village is a place where you can find yourself spending entire afternoons, either coming up from the beach, listening to live music, hopping between bars, roaming the markets, or lazing on the lawns around a BBQ with friends.
Getting around
The best beach access is track 53. Go right out of the property, right at the end of the street, follow the road down and around to the left, and continue on that road 100m to find the track to the beach through the trees.
Heading left out the front gate will take you to the village. The IGA is a gourmet one with great local produce.
Peregian Beach Markets are on the 1st and 3rd Sunday of each month. Lot's of food trucks, and makers stalls, with live music.
If you plan to visit Eumundi markets, go early to get parking!
If you plan to visit Noosa, consider taking the bus, there is a bus stop on David Low Way near the property.
If you do drive, you can generally find a parking spot by going down to Hastings Street, and following it left, through the main hub, and out the other side into the Noosa woods along Claude Batten Drive.
