Neighbourhood highlights

The neighbourhood has a relaxed, coastal surf village vibe. You can walk or ride a bike in the precinct to access just about anywhere. Blueys Beach has a small village of shops with great cafe's, a general store, a bottle shop and chemist to name a few. Supermarkets, petrol stations and more encompassing shops are a short drive. Yoga and massage studios are easily accommodated in the precinct.

Boomerang Beach, ranked #2 in the SMH Best Beaches in Australia for 2023, is the most picturesque and best surfing beach in the Pacific Palms precinct, with rock ledges helping to form great waves.

Dog walking is allowed on Boomerang Beach on leads only, at specific times in the morning and early evening.

For the Golfing enthusiasts, the Sandbar Golf Club is an 11-minute drive. This well-cared-for 9-hole golf course is nestled in National Park and allows a gentle yet challenging round of golf.

Boomerang Beach is boomerang-shaped and is ideal for swimming with protection from prevailing winds at either end. It is balanced at each end with headlands and faces east capturing the best swell from the Pacific and offering brilliant sunrises.

The rocky headlands have some great rock pools at low tide.

In the heart of the Barrington Coast, Pacific Palms – named after the distinctive cabbage tree palms that line the region – encompasses some of the most beautiful, underrated beaches on the NSW coast. Surfing, boating, kayaking and fishing are a way of life here, with Wallis, Smiths and Myall Lakes on its doorstep as well as three national parks and a marine park. The famous Recky Club, located on the shores of Wallis Lake, has the best sunsets on the Coast.

Pacific Palms’ beaches are legendary, each with its charm and attractions. Relax on the white sand at Elizabeth Beach (patrolled and perfect for young families), Blueys Beach, framed by the green hills of Booti Booti National Park, where you can swim, surf or snorkel. Blueys Beach and Boomerang Beach are great surfing and snorkelling spots.

For the Golfing enthusiasts, the Sandbar Golf Club is an 11-minute drive. This well cared for 9n hold golf course is nestled in National Park.
