• Parking is available in the driveway. We ask that you park in the driveway and do not park or block the council cross over into the property as a neighbouring property uses the cross over to also access their property.

• Fencing: The rear of the property has low height boundary fencing and gates and the property adjoins a grassed laneway. The boundary fencing may not be adequate to your needs to secure pets and/or children so supervision is required.

• Quiet hours are between 10pm and 8am 7 days per week. Please respect our neighbours.
