The large ground-floor porch& lawn is a great place to gather, watch incredible sunsets and moonsets, or barbecue. The wrap-around upstairs deck is a great place to watch the ocean, sunsets, and stars at night. Both are excellent places for coffee in the morning or for long talks under the stars.

Guest access
You will have access to a large outdoor area with a lawn, BBQ, pool, and hot tub, ping-pong and basketball areas, etc. These amenities are shared only when other guests have booked one of the two rentals on site at Halani.

SPECIAL TERMS & GOOD TO KNOW:
Important, please READ ALL BEFORE you book (!!!)
This is a non-smoking unit. You may smoke outside in the area we point out, but you are strictly prohibited from smoking inside or on the porches or balconies! A $500 fee applies if this rule is broken.
Please be aware that there are (friendly) pets on the property, and therefore, it is NOT suited for individuals who are allergic to or frightened of dogs or cats.
This home offers an inside/outside lifestyle, and Hawaii is a tropical environment. Therefore, you will see geckos and (rarely) other harmless critters that you may not be used to. Geckos are cute, and most guests love them, but they also leave droppings here and there. Please come with the awareness that you will be in Hawaii, where nature and people mingle more than in the city. We ensure the rental is always pristine and clean, with all surfaces disinfected before you arrive, but please be prepared that you may need to clean your surfaces more during your stay.
While children and those requiring physical accommodations are welcome, please be aware that care is required around the pool area, hot tub, balconies, and property boundaries -- many of which are not particularly secure for small children/toddlers or those with balance or coordination issues.
The property owner's family live in one of the houses on site, shared by members of the Halani Team upstairs. There are two vacation rentals total on the property, so common areas such as the pool and the lawn/BBQ area, may be shared with other guests.
The property can host 22 guests if sleeping accommodation allows, between the two rentals. If you'd like more information, we invite you to message us for any inquiries about hosting larger events.
