This home is in a scenic location.
Located in beautiful Beauty Point, this spacious property has three bedrooms. We are situated only moments away from the stunning Tamar River. This newly built property provides guests with two living spaces. The main bedroom with its own private ensuite and deck. The decor and furnishings are modern and fresh. Indoor fire to keep you warm on those chilly nights. Fully equipped kitchen with gas stove and modern appliances. Comfortable outdoor seating and fire pit. With off road parking.

The space
Within a days drive of so many amazing tourist attractions like The Tamar Valley wine tour and so much more come home and relax.

The modern kitchen has plenty of space to cook or bake once you have picked up all of your beautiful fresh produce from around the region.

Two living areas and the large outdoor deck provide generous personal space for guests. Open plan living with TV in both living areas, Wood heater and reverse cycle air conditioner.

A selection of books to read. Comfortable dining area is part of the open plan living room.

3 large bedrooms with Queen beds in two, and two singles in one. Main bedroom has ensuite. The other bathroom has shower and bath. All linen and towels are provided, respective the the number of guests disclosed in the booking.

Laundry with washing machine, iron and steamer.

Outdoor deck with comfortable seating to read your book or sit on the front deck.

Guest access
There are steps to the front of the house and the rear deck.

There is no access to the Granny Flat at the rear of the property. This is personal property only. Please respect this space.

Other things to note
Mountain bikes and helmets are available for your use, upon request. We recommend notifying us of this information prior to checking in so that we can have them ready for use. Alternatively 24 hours notice is required to have the bikes available.

Some dry goods and items are available in the pantry. Shopping can be picked up from Woolworths at Legana or Beaconsfield IGA on the way from the Launceston Airport.
