Whole family fun, footsteps from the beach at Baylife Beach House, 8 person family friendly house with water views! It’s perfect for families and groups of up to 8 people, with two indoor living areas (one for the kids!), large back deck, fully equipped kitchen, bedrooms with high-end bedding and a multitude of beach and outdoor equipment for all to enjoy, foosball and ping pong! You’ll be a short walk (see photos) from Orion’s beach, local restaurants, and shops. Let us welcome you to Baylife!

The space
3 Bedrooms over two levels: 2QB, 4 bunk beds, 2 bathrooms, upper and lower living areas.

Location: quiet no through road street one back from the water. Short, flat walking distance to beach path (see photos). Path to Orion’s beach is less than 100m away.

Upper level with water views from nearly all areas.
This level has 2 queen bedrooms, the main living area, lounge with large TV, kitchen, dining, main bathroom and large back deck with additional living/eating area. Air conditioned upper level.

Bedroom 1: queen bed with built-in full wall wardrobe, ceiling fan

Bedroom 2: queen bed with Scandinavian style open wardrobe, ceiling fan

Lower level is a kid’s wishlist - large combined rumpus/bunk room. Two bunks with wardrobe and room for under bunk storage. Four bean bags you will never want to get out of, TV, foosball table (that converts to billiards and air hockey), outdoor games (finska and boche) and other games and books for most ages. Security screen doors to take advantage of consistent sea breezes if you wish.

Kids bathroom, laundry and entry on this level in addition to garage. Outdoor area at back and small full length balcony at front. Water views from kid’s bunk room. Fully fenced backyard.
