With its enviable address directly opposite Austinmer Beach, this modern apartment oozes relaxed coastal living. Its spacious design creates an idyllic getaway for families or groups, with open-plan living, dual balconies, a full kitchen, two bathrooms and garage parking. Swim in the sheltered waters of Austinmer Ocean Pools, stretch your legs on walking trails through Dharawal National Park, stop at the stunning Maddens Falls, and shop the trendy boutiques in neighbouring Thirroul.

The space
Framing spectacular ocean views, this apartment boasts a sought-after beachside locale and an unforgettable seaside escape. Sliding doors open from the living area to the balcony, capturing cool coastal breezes and the sound of lapping waves.

Start your days with coffee on the balcony or find a favourite local café right downstairs. Make use of the fully-equipped gourmet kitchen, fitted with high-quality appliances and cooking utensils. There’s a dining table, set against a backdrop of blues, and an oversized lounge to get cosy in the evening in front of the TV.

The primary bedroom is a sumptuous space to rest your head. It comes with a king-sized bed, a private balcony with a seating area and a neat ensuite bathroom. The second bedroom is located downstairs and comes with a plush queen-sized bed, while the third bedroom offers two single beds (perfect for those travelling with kids). Refresh in the main bathroom – choosing from a bathtub and shower and enjoying complimentary toiletries provided for your stay. You’ll also find an internal laundry room with both washing machine and a dryer.
