A cosy and welcoming cottage perfectly suited to holiday makers, weekend adventurers and those craving a slower pace.

This charming cottage offers comfortable, light-filled living spaces designed for easy relaxed stays after a day exploring Lake Eucumbene or skiing the Snowy Mountains.

The space
Our cottage is ideal for couples, families or small groups, sleeping a maximum of 8 guests. Comfortable open-plan living and dining area that brings everyone together, along with a full kitchen, bathroom and balcony. Enjoy a wood-fired pizza oven and smoker, plus an all-weather barbecue room ideal for year-round use.

Conveniently located just a 10-minute drive to the township of Adaminaby and approximately 30–45 minutes to Selwyn Snow Resort, making it an ideal base for both relaxed country stays and winter snow adventures.

Please note, the second bedroom is a semi-private room separated by a thick curtain, and the third sleeping area forms part of the open-plan lounge and dining room, also divided by a curtain.

Fresh linen and sheets are provided for the beds; however, cot sheets will need to be supplied by guests.

Mobile reception can be limited in the area — Telstra offers the most reliable coverage, Optus is patchy, and Vodafone does not have service.
Our property is intentionally free from Wi-Fi, offering guests the chance to unwind & reconnect together.

During winter, snow chains are required in the National Park for all 2WD vehicles, regardless of conditions, so please plan accordingly.

As this is a regional area, guests should expect a peaceful setting with limited services — perfect for switching off and enjoying the Snowy Mountains environment.
