Two bedroom unit at rear of block with queen bed in master bedroom and bunk beds in second room (suitable for one adult or two children - although young adults have been sleeping on the top). At a stretch someone could sleep on the couch (I do).

Reverse-cycle air conditioning in both bedrooms and living area provides cooling and heating.

Smart home features include lights, blinds, air conditioner, TV, robovac, dishwasher etc. Tablet contains house manual and is provided as remote control, or use manual controls for everything. Optionally enable voice control on arrival.
Bathroom features shower (no bathtub) washer and dryer. Dry cleaning and bag wash nearby.

Self-contained unit with courtyard and all amenities. Please do not smoke in common areas (or inside the unit) and avoid making noise in the hallways.
Other things to note
Fur-friendly building and apartment - pet bowls provided. Large litter tray provided and Breeders Choice cat litter supplied. Recommend you bring some blankets and some sort of pet bedding. Dog-friendly park just around corner.
$40 BBQ cleaning surcharge applies (I'm not doing it!), but giving it a good scrub with the wire brush and then running the grills through the dishwasher on a heavy cycle is sufficient. If you're really keen the ScourDaddy scourers get everything off.
Essentials include teas, coffees, long conservation milk and soy, cereals, Vegemite and cooking basics such as oils, salt and pepper etc.
This place is not suitable for people with severe pet allergies as my cats visit this property. Smoking in courtyard only. Decent sized dog park around corner.
L1 light rail across road (direct to Central Station or connect to rail at Dulwich Hill or Lewisham stations), multiple bus routes practically at door to City, Norton Street, Balmain, Marrickville, Newtown, Enmore, Sydenham Station etc. Note there is currently a bus replacement service from Dulwich Hill train station as they extend the metro line.
Easy access to entertainment precincts in Marrickville, Newtown, Enmore, Darling Harbour and City including Leichhardt Oval, Lyric Theatre, Enmore Theatre, Factory Theatre, ICC Theatre, Darling Harbour Theatre and Capitol Theatre.
