This unique vibrant studio is a feast for the senses: sleep under hand-embroidered Mongolian rugs, sip mint tea from Moroccan glasses, indulge in a relaxing massage, or lose yourself in Rûmî after a day of forest adventure. A soulful, one-of-a-kind curated inclusive retreat where every detail whispers enchantment.
The studio is completely self-contained and the room above is vacant at night for your privacy.
The space
Whether you are looking for a private unique romantic getaway, a solo or couple retreat, wedding night accommodation, a stay close to Puffing Billy, or simply a few days escape from city, 1001 Nights Hideaway offers an immersive experience that will awaken your own inspiration and creativity. Located on the ground floor of a character-filled home, this self-contained studio offers complete privacy with its own entrance.
Perfect for couples, the studio features a very comfortable queen bed with a heated blanket under an embroidered Mongolian canopy guests report having the best sleep of their life on.
A foldable bed in the separate sunroom is available for a third guest (adult or child) - please request it when booking so we can set it up in advance. Please add $40 extra for bedding handling and washing.
A co-sleeper mini-cot can be made available on request for infants ($30).
🧒The space is child-friendly with fascinating toys, puppets, vintage pup-up books, colouring and games, all Arabian nights themed (Aladdin and more)!
Cockatoo village is at a walking distance (2 km), while popular shops and restaurants in Emerald townships are only 5km away (6 min by car), and a hike in Wright forest with Puffing Billy and to Emerald lakes is a 3 min drive.
This unique space features:
- a private access with a key lock for a convenient self check-in
- a sun-drenched sunroom with stunning lights through stained windows at the sunrise
- a combined living and sleeping area warmed up by a cozy electric fireplace
- a fully equipped kitchen with SMEG appliances and various kitchen staples, so you can cook up a storm
- a bathroom with shower providing Moroccan Argan oil for your hair and massage oil and extra towel for a luxurious self-care ritual or a sensual experience to share
- large garden with plenty of birds (birdseeds are provided for you to treat them from your palm if you wish)

Your studio is in a large beautiful garden with several sitting spots. You can also enjoy the outdoors space with a picnic rug and picnic basket (both provided) as well as stargaze next to the fire pit.
Early check-in and late check-out could be accommodated on request.
Please kindly note the default setup for 2 guests is 1 queen bed. If you need an extra single bed, please request it during your booking ($30 extra fee applies).
For 3 guests bookings the extra bed is set up by default.
Please kindly note that I am unfortunately unable to host guests using synthetic perfumes or service animals for medical reasons (formal Airbnb exemption applies).
