Spacious house with many rooms. Very comfortable beds. Amazingly beautiful chandelier in living room towering over staircase. Equipped with everything. Close to main market and hub of street food and activities. Urban but safe!

We loved our stay here. The space was more than enough for us 5. Will surely book this place if we visit Iloilo again in the future.

True to its name, it truly is a cozy attic. I had a great stay and the owners are warm, friendly and helpful. The property is also situated in a quiet and peaceful subdivision but is not difficult to locate. Thank you to Ms. Angel and Tita Christine!

Location itself was perfect for what we wanted. 7/11 a minute or two away in case we need some water, etc. The Supermart is across the street as well as Coffee Break for some fresh coffee in the morning. Someone is always there to help with parking inside the compound (except at night of course). Festive Mall was 6-7 minute walk. The place was mainly used to rest after some day and night activities out and about. Perfect for our plans.

Best airbnb house we stayed so far. The unit has a very positive vibes, clean and comfortable. We'll go back next time when we visit Iloilo again.

It may sound like a recording, but as always and forever will be, Anna's place is a sanctuary where one can rejuvenate, re energize and recharge after a hectic day filled with meetings, appointments and lots of out of town travels to visit our tree farms and soon to be farms. The superb butler-like services done by the staff led by Ms Emily, switched and transformed the tired and weary body and spirit into enthused and charged one. Ready to conquer similar activities the next day. I wish I can always book and stay at Residencia 50 every time Im in town. Place is clean and host is very responsive. The room design is very asthetic. Drinking water is free and may mga seasonings na din sa kitchen. And its really spacious.

place was great and as described. there is a pool that can be accessible after checking in at the pool zone and lots of places near by to shop around. thank you for the service!!

The condo was absolutely spotless and beautifully decorated. Nice city view from the cozy balcony. Centrally located in the heart of Iloilo city with nearby restaurants, malls and tourists spots. Communication was seamless! Ailyn was so responsive and considerate, ensuring my stay was comfortable.

My husband and I stayed for a few days in January. The condo is at the end of the south side. It is spacious, clean and provided a restful place. Reception & security guards at the door at The Palladium were very helpful 24/7. It is walking distance to Festive Walk and we felt safe walking about day or night.

It was a nice place to stay,,,, affordable yet a great venue for a first timer in Iloilo, will surely book again in the future if go to Iloilo again.....

Mr Gabriel is very responsive to all queries, he is very friendly and very helpful, The room and building was very clean and everybody in the building was friendly even all the gate guards, highly recommned.

The unit was a good size for my family. There were 2 bedrooms, It's a good accommodation. I like the local atmosphere nearby.

The place is clean and spacious, very comfortable for 6 people. The property has a very good location, it's very accessible. Restaurants, malls, are just walking distance. Checking in was also easy as the caretaker is also there to wait for us when we check in, also very responsive. When we needed an extra blanket, it was easily provided to us. If we ever be in Iloilo again, this is the place we would like to rent again. Highly recommended!

The host is super responsive. We had a good stay, the place is just enough for 4 pax but the bed’s design is not suitable for senior. The place is clean but there are some molds mostly in the kitchen and dining area, it’s a common issue for condominiums though but often left out or not addressed.

I booked rowena's place for my sister and her friends. They had an event at ICC which is near her unit. I forgot to inform her about visitors but she was quick to respond to our queries and it was solved in a jiffy! Her place matched the photos, it's so cozy as well. They loved the aircon a lot kasi mabilis lang lumamig yung room. Will book again for sure! 💗

Great place, location, and host. The loft area is a great use of space. Has all the amenities needed as well as kitchen appliances/utensils. Family friendly. Conveniently located - Festive mall and K-town area are easily walkable. Convenience stores are nearby, as well as a 24h bakery.

Everything you’ll need is available in this air bnb. The place is clean. The Condo is accessible to everything. The host is very responsive and accomodating. If we happen to go back to Iloilo we will definitely book this place again. Thank you Jo!
