I had a wonderful stay at this appartment! It was impeccably clean and had a lovely fresh scent that made it feel very welcoming. It's conveniently located just a short walk from the city center, making it easy to explore the area. The hosts were incredibly friendly and accommodating, going out of their way to ensure I had everything I needed. I highly recommend this place for anyone visiting the city and looking for a comfortable and convenient stay.

Apartment lovely. Beach was excellent. We had 4 days of great weather and were able to relax on the beach. The only downside was that we arrived the first week of October and most of the local pubs, supermarkets, restaurants etc were either closing or were closed. Trip to Nessebar was worth it. Still a good holiday but pity about not much open.

Чудесно място за престой с малко детенце.

Daniel was a great host. Every time I contacted him the response was quick and helpful. The accommodation is at central location. Literally everything is no more than 5 minutes away, including the beach. There are a lot of shops and restaurants nearby. The space is not very big but was more than enough for us. It was clean and well maintained. Bear in mind that there is no kitchen. There’s only a kettle, coffee machine, a few cups, a few plates and some cutlery. Also the fridge is quite small therefore there is no space for anything else except some bottles. Overall we had a great time and we enjoyed our stay. Thanks Daniel.

Очарован съм от престоят си в този превъзходен апартамент ! Обстановката не само отговоря , но и превъзхожда снимките публикувани в Airbnb . Въпреки ниските температури останах приятно изненадан , че апартамента беше предварително затоплен от домакините. Кухнята е напълно оборудвана с всичко необходимо за един невероятен престой. Апартамента е разположен съвсем близко до плажа и само на 5 минути пеша от центъра на града. Това е едно от най-чистите и подредени места , които съм посещавал. Спалното бельо и хавлиите бяха идеално чисти. В къщи имам куче и знам какви следи оставят домашните любимци и въпреки че домакините разрешават домашни любимци никъде не може да се открият следи от престоят им. Единствено съжалявам , че не можах да остана по-дълго ! Горещо препоръчвам на всички !

Rewelacyjny kontakt z Ivanem. Gospodarz zainteresowany nami oraz jak potrzeba to reaguje. Zawsze chciałbym wynajmować u takich osób jak Ivan. Co do samego apartamentu, to jest dokładnie jak na zdjęciach w 100 spełnia moje oczekiwania. Zapewne znów go odwiedzimy!!!!

Die Unterkunft kann ich nur weiterempfehlen! Sehr modern eingerichtet und mit allem Nötigen ausgestattet. Auf Wunsch wurde eine Babybett gebracht. Viktor war sehr nett und hilfsbereit, er hat immer sofort geantwortet und geholfen. Schöne Lage mit Blick auf den Pool und das Meer. In der Nähe ein Supermarkt und ein kleiner Strand. Rundum mit allem zufrieden. Gerne wieder !

Simeon's place was excellent!! It was a perfect choice for a family with 2 children. The location is perfect - 5 min from the beach, the Morska garden and the city centre. The apartment had all the home appliances a family would need to feel cosy and at home. It was super clean and tidy. We spent 6 amazing nights and would definitely return next summer. Thanks for the great stay!
