We offer our approximately 200 years old, completely renovated hut for exclusive use. Here alpine cosiness meets modernity. Whether summer or winter, this stylish cottage has an area of around 50 square metres and is the perfect place to stay for four. It is located in a sunny hillside location. This quaint retreat is not far from the Mölltal glacier railway and many excursion destinations for hiking, climbing, skiing/hiking skiing, canoeing and much more. Cozy apartment in the center of Grossarl with great view over the place and the mountain backdrop. Very bright and friendly furnished. Simply perfect for a couple of soothing days for relaxation or sporting activity. Our pretty, small but fine apartment offers enough space for 2 people, with living and dining area and balcony, bathroom with hairdryer, toilet and shower, living room with TV, WiFi and you sleep in the Swiss stone pine bedroom with comfortable double bed. Our apartment is built in 2016 and we loved it to design the rooms, the equipment and the decoration. It´s based on the ground floor of our house and has an seperate entrance, an extra room for skies/hiking shoes, an extra entrance and a directly conecting to the terasse and the garden. The appartement is fully equipped and the overview to the beautiful mountains around you can enjoy sitting on the couch :) Just try and test the "homy" feeling in our house...

100 years old log house, which was demolished in 2008 in the neighboring village and rebuilt at our organic mountain farm. Special care was taken with regard to the use of natural building materials (reed, clay plaster, waste wood). Traditional larch shingles serve as roofing. The house is heated by a large kitchen stove and a solar thermal system, the bathroom has underfloor heating. The cosy little house (75m²) served us for 10 years as a residence.
