Staying at Alan’s apartment was a seamless experience from start to finish. It’s an easy commute to and from New York City, especially if you plan to spend time in Midtown Manhattan. The apartment itself was very large, clean, tasteful, and quiet at night. Additionally, Alan was very communicative and responsive, which we greatly appreciated. Instructions were also very clear. I would definitely recommend this arrangement, and I plan to come back again!

We loved staying at KD's place! The pathway along the river is very pretty and the view across of Manhattan is stunning! There was plenty of room for the 3 of us, place was stylish and comfortable. Walking distance to great restaurants and the ferry, train and buses to get across the river. Highly recommend staying here, thank you!

Great spot with an amazing view, plus parks, spas, and a nice plaza close by. Overall, a great stay! The host was super responsive and always tried to help. The only hiccup was that it was freezing the first couple of days, but things warmed up eventually—mostly thanks to the weather. BUT if you’re driving, never block the downstairs garage, even for a quick drop-off. The neighbor downstairs is not friendly and actually threatened to call the cops when I was just dropping off food for my mom. There was literally nowhere else to park, so I left a quick note, but still—no luck. To avoid the hassle, get a visitor pass—the process is super easy, just five blocks away. And make sure to come back earlier than 10 pm, that way you can find some street parking.

This gem felt like home! Soon as you walk in you can feel the beautiful vibrant energy. It was very clean and had everything you want/need. It’s walkable to everything! Community Park down the road is so peaceful. Vlad was awesome! He communicated very well and helped me out weeks before I even flew in and the whole time I was there. Will be back Vlad! Very quiet neighborhood out in Queens. A long trip to get to Manhattan everyday, but bus stops to get the train were close by. There were a few good restaurants and cafes about 15-20 mins away by bus or Uber on Roosevelt Ave and Northern Blvd. Uber was always a few mins away if we needed one. 5 stars, but our complaints were the beds and a bit of cereal crumbs left on the couch. Each person in our group felt the beds were not very comfortable, but not horrible either. The place was clean overall. Very convenient to LaGuardia, a couple supermarkets close by that you can walk to.

This is a beautiful two bedroom apartment with a driveway directly across the street from the beach. It’s in a quiet part of the Rockaway Peninsula, a short walk or drive from a supermarket and a handful of restaurants and coffee shops. The nearby beach is popular with surfers.

The place is beautiful specially for night city view . Quite place . House is very clean everything and host is very friendly and respectful and responsible. I recommend it’s best for summer because you can enjoy river view on board and fresh air . Winters it’s very cold for close to river for air . We had fun and we enjoyed. Pretty quiet place. Lovely . It was a warm and cozy place, with bus stop around 20 steps, it was really easy to get to NYC PA bus terminal via 127 NJ Transit bus Place was clean and rooms were spacious felt right at home. Also Taco Bell is the nearest fast food restaurant if anyone wants to grab a quick bite. It’s walkable

This place is awesome for what it is - a large home that can accommodate many people with a ton of space. It also doesn't have the Airbnb special room of 4+ beds that sleeps 8 to pump up the amount that can sleep there. This listing is straightforward. The keyless entry is awesome, everything in the house works, and there is plenty of parking and amenities. It is older and dated, however, and lacks a few finish details but for what it is, this house is very, very worth it. Each room was separated enough to have privacy, the kitchen was functional, and the dining room, living room, and entry/sunroom all offered enough room for everybody in our party to feel comfortable. I would stay here again, especially with a large group. We were 7 adults and 6 children (all under 8) and this was 1000% better than a hotel or other living arrangement. Thank you Ashley! You were a great host!

Michelle’s place was absolutely adorable! I really felt relaxed and comfortable. I slept well in the bed. The amenities in the kitchen were perfect for a short stay and the lake was lovely.

This house has a river view which I liked the most. Because the land is so big, I feel I am in a forest next to a river with quiet and private environment. The owner is great and responded in no time. I will refer to my friends.

Awesome place and hosts. Johanna made us feel welcome and at home from the moment we confirmed our reservation. The place is beautiful, on the lake, clean and the play room and home cinema were a huge hit with our kids. Perfect stay. Loved it!

My girlfriend and I spent an amazing winter holiday in these apartments while visiting NYC. The location is very convenient: a bus stop is right outside the door, and it takes only about 20-25 minutes to get to Manhattan by bus. Estefany and her mother, Athia, are some of the kindest and most hospitable people we’ve ever met – always friendly and incredibly responsive. The apartments provided the perfect place to relax after long days of walking through the bustling city. Thanks to our wonderful hosts, our trip was truly memorable. Highly recommend!

The condo is spectacular and the host was very gracious and helpful! Note: there are alot of stairs to climb. We were unaware of this prior to checking in and my mother was unable to make it up the stairs due to her recent hip surgery. So please note there are stairs and it's not handicapped accessible. Otherwise great stay! Thanks!

We were given a warm welcome as soon as we arrived. Hector gave us a short tour of the place, and also offered some really good food recommendations! This home was SO beautiful. You can tell it’s well taken care of. It smelled WONDERFUL! The shower was perfect (I am huge on staying in locations with nice showers!) I was able to get back and forth to New York quickly and easily with little toll fee amounts. The coffee shop downstairs was AMAZING! The home easily warmed up when turning on the heat. It was even better than the pictures. When I come to New York or the outskirts again I will definitely book again in the future. Thank you again for being great hosts and answering all questions I needed no matter the time. I HIGHLY recommend this location. Thank you! If I could give more than 5 stars I would!

The apartment is located in a perfect location, close to the Hudson River with amazing views across to the manhattan skyline. Transport links were great too - we were able to get across to manhattan for all the sightseeing trips we had booked quickly and smoothly. AJ was an excellent host. Very quick to respond and so helpful with our enquiries. All his responses and instructions were very clear. We would recommend this property to friends and family.
