Holiday houses in Fort Caswell

This was a very last minute trip and it could not have turned out better. Debi’s place is in the perfect location with the BEST views (I’m a sucker for a sunrise). Even with the weather being cooler than we would have liked we were still able to get some nice sun on the rooftop deck, slipped down to beach for a bit, and took a short drive into downtown Wilmington. The condo is the cleanest Airbnb I’ve ever stayed in and fully stocked with anything you’d need and more. Do NOT pass up the opportunity to stay here! Best decision ever.

My family and I enjoyed the quick getaway. John was very helpful and responded quickly when I had a question. Great location with plenty to do w/family. We will definitely be back!

Absolutely stunning location made better for outdoor lovers. Whether a quick walk to the beach or kayak/boat on the water. This place is a gem and we can’t wait to return.

The house is in the perfect location to be able to walk to and from the beach and at a great price! Everything we could have needed was available to us and accurately explained before check-in

We had such a good time at After Dune Delight celebrating our son’s first birthday. The place looks exactly like the photos and is super convenient to walk to the beach. The north end is very quiet, which was great although it was the off season so I’m sure it picks up. Having two patios was great for being able to sit outside even while the kid naps. Always love being able to bring our dog on trips, too! Highly recommend the north end mini mart for cheap breakfast sandwiches and the BARge at the CB Yacht Club for drinks. We’ll be back!

Amazing, clean and had everything we needed. To include single serve toothpaste which I forgot to pack. Peaceful neighborhood. Just two blocks from the grocery store and three to beach access. Perfect for families and those that don’t want to climb stairs. Backyard offered comfort seating to enjoy family time and star gazing.

Mark and Sheryl were amazing hosts! They made sure to provide complimentary snacks and drinks for settling in, as well as plenty of beach supplies. The space was perfect for what we needed and roomy too! We never had to drive more than 10 minutes away for everything we needed. The perfect getaway! Thank you, Mark and Sheryl!!

The owner was very helpful from the onset. We normally stay at the hotel next door but decided to try AirBNB for this trip. Kristen let us know that early checkin was available. She gave great instructions. The unit was small ( had a little difficult time trying to figure out what to do with 2 suitcases) but we made it work. It really was perfect for 2 people. It was very very clean and very very comfy. We lucked out and had beautiful weather and got to take advantage of the great balcony and view. Parking was very easy. It was just a really good experience and I would not hesitate to recommend this rental.

we had a lovely stay in this beach house. there are a lot of stairs, but the elevator was amazing for suitcases and for a dog that traveled with us that had a bad hip. There was a ton of space to hang out or spend time in your rooms. The balconies were lovely to see the ocean and to get a breeze in the house. The walk to the boardwalk was also a nice thing to do to spend time and overall just a really lovely home to stay in.
