Shirley’s place was lovely and very clean. We stayed here for NESCAC swimming championships at Colby. It was close enough to going back and forth between morning sessions and evening sessions. She also accommodated the place a day early due to the snow storm so we didn’t have to drive through snow. It was very thoughtful of her. We truly appreciate her kindness. We’d love to come back for other occasions at Colby!

This was our second time staying at this house and it was great again. The seating area off the main living room and kitchen was open this year and added a lot to our stay. Had a great week. Definitely recommend!

Beautiful spot! We stayed at the DAM camp for 3 days for skiing and snowmobiling. It was DAM amazing! Sled trail right up the road and plenty of room for my 1 ton and 4 place trailer. Inside felt just like home and was very clean. I’m definitely going to be staying here again when we return to Rangeley!

We have rented this house before, it does not disappoint. The description is accurate, very comfortable for 8 - 12 people. Kitchen has all the pots, pans, utensils and everything else you could need. We really like this house for snowmobile trips. Trail is across the street, plenty of parking, could not ask for more.

We stayed here with our young kids for skiing at Sugarloaf which is a short drive away. We felt right at home: the property is clean, exactly as described and very well equipped - the basement was a big hit when we’ve got snowed in. Karen is very helpful and responsive. We had a wonderful week!

Great spot for weekend getaway to ski or other outdoor recreation. Kitchen was well stocked, forget salt and pepper they had a full spice drawer! Thanks Kyle!

Girl’s getaway was a huge success!! This was just what we needed to unwind and free ourselves from the real world! All 10 of us agreed that we would definitely stay here again! Easy check in, clean, spacious living area, and secluded!

Very spacious and well laid out- and about 10min drive to Sunday River. We had a large group of 28 and while it was a bit tight, everyone had a bed (as long as we doubled up). Parking was fine with some carpooling and the kitchen and living room was easy for everyone to spread out. The three bathrooms are spacious and the laundry was very helpful! Anna was a very responsive host and made the logistics of a large group very easy. The house is beautiful, clean, and accommodating and I would highly recommend!

We had a great day skiing at Sugarloaf, great access to the lift and a great ski in and ski out location.

I stayed there for two weeks and I would stay again. It was very quiet which is my number one need. Two it was clean. Three nice kitchen with all the appliances you need. Four Jeanmarie answered all questions quickly and clearly. Five lots of room in the house. Six it was nice and warm in the winter weather.

The condo is as described. The condo is clean and has all the amenities described. It is conveniently located - a short walk across the adjacent parking lot to the snubber chair lift and next to the xcountry/walking trail. This is our third visit. We have no complaints when staying at George’s place!

We had an amazing stay! The location was ideal, being so close to Sunday River. The hot tub was a highlight. The property had plenty of beds, making it perfect for our large group, and everyone had a comfortable space to unwind. The house was clean, well-stocked, and had everything we needed.

We enjoyed our stay at the cabin. It had everything we needed. It was clean and quiet. We liked the proximity to snowmobile trails, the pellet stove, and the TV options. Thanks and we will be back.

A perfect little place for a quiet getaway. Our goal was to get away from work and spend time together without screens. Peter and Deborah were wonderful hosts that made us feel at home. Our dogs loved romping around in the woods out back during our stay. We turned off our phones for the weekend and were perfectly cozy reading, playing games, and making art. We went into Farmington for a little while and loved walking through downtown and both of the book stores.

This was the fourth time I have come up to Jayne's to get away from it all. No wifi or cable is what I like best. If you are looking for a peaceful digital detox this place is perfect. I hope to come back in the summer sometime. I will definitely be back next February.

We enjoyed our stay at Craig's place. There was plenty of room for our group, which consisted of four couples. The house is close to Sugarloaf which was so convenient for the skiers. We stayed inside one of the days as it was bitter cold and were all comfortable hanging out in the living room playing games. Craig was flexible and allowed us to check in a little early and pay to stay longer through the last day. The view of the bog and mountain from the kitchen is gorgeous and we were able to get a small walk in following the little trail that borders the property and bog. All in all it was a convenient and cozy stay.

We had a great time at hurry back. The house was very clean and had everything we needed for our stay. It was very cozy and comfortable. The wood stove was probably my favorite feature of the house. Sitting by the fire after a cold ski day was just what we needed. We will definitely be back!

Megan and Steve’s place is a quintessential Maine cabin. It’s not the Ritz, but it is warm and comfy. The beds were super comfy and you can’t beat the views. The road the house is on is quiet. Great proximity to multiple ski resorts. While there was a snafu upon arriving at the home and learning that an entire bedroom was closed and off limits, we made the best use out of the remaining space and just doubled up in a bed instead of having two separate spaces. I do understand their reasoning for not wanting people up in the top bedroom given the super steep stairs to access that room (someone recently falling and damaging the drywall at the bottom) we just wish we had known in advance vs. upon arrival. As the listing and reservation included that room—which we factored into who in slept where when we booked. That being said, it didn’t spoil the time there—just a readjustment of expectations. Would we recommend staying there and would we stay there again given the snafu, yes we would
