The apartment was perfect everything I needed was there and more. Absolutely spotless. The apartment is well set out to eat, sleep and relax. Close to all Exeter has to offer without being in the city centre. Eniko is a lovely host, helped me work the TV (I'm an old technophobe😂) and her response was within an hour. Highest recommendation 😃♥️

We had a perfect stay over the weekend, was in a great location close to Exeter centre and lots to do around. The apartment was spotless and looked exactly like the photos, the host was also very helpful with instructions for check in.

We had a great break staying at this cottage in Exeter through Short Stays UK. The information was provided in advance which helped us on the day. Whilst the cottage is difficult to find, the directions were good and we had no problem getting there even though we arrived whilst it was dark. The accommodation is clean, the beds are comfortable and we had everything we needed. Happy to recommend this cottage and will stay here again when we are next in Exeter.

This house in Exeter Quays was perfect for our 2 night girls’ weekend. The house was perfectly clean, well-provided for and had everything we needed including comfortable beds and a lovely bathroom. We enjoyed the conservatory for sunny breakfasts, and off-road parking was easy and safe. The house is a few minutes walk from the Quays shops, bars and restaurants, and we could also walk down the river to the Double Locks pub (30 mins). The neighbourhood was quiet but close to the centre, and we were delighted to have chosen Eniko’s house for our stay.

When I arrived, there were a couple of issues (no street parking, but good car park just around the corner, no loo roll in main house, but Tesco Express around the corner, can't use wood burning stove), but I got very quick replies to sort everything out before the rest of my friends arrived. Naomi called me herself on Saturday to check everything was ok and to say they were going to update details around wood burner and parking. The house itself was lovely, clean, well equipped, cosy and easy heating to work out.

A beautiful place super close to the centre of Exeter. We went to the Christmas markets and went to a show at the university campus and all easily walkable. The place was perfect- everything we needed and more. Very comfortable and a beautiful outlook. The views from the top floor 😍 Parking space is a 5-10 min walk- car was safe and secure and the walk didn’t really matter given how close we were to town. We were delighted and would definitely stay again!

We had a lovely stay, property and facilities were super, it was in a great location and we would definitely recommend.

We had an amazing stay here. There were 10 of us, including 6 adults and 4 children. Samantha was there to meet us and was available if we needed her. The darts room was great and the hot tub views were stunning! We didn't venture out apart from a walk up to hangman's cliff (in 50mph winds) which was great and doable for the kids! If we had longer we would have gone down to the beach which also isn't far. Highly recommend ... we will be back!!

Alison looked after us really well. She was very attentive to our needs and thought about what we might want to know and was willing to find other services for us should we require them. Alison had left some scones, clotted cream, jam, apple juice, eggs and milk for us for when we arrived and detailed instructions for us too. Truly such a thoughtful host. we would highly recommend her 🙂
