Excellent place. To start you have to emphasize the guide and help of Mrs. Susana and Mrs. Janeth. The house is very spacious, super large, clean, tidy, welcoming and with all the amenities to spend a pleasant stay. Highly recommended for families. Would definitely come back again. ¡¡Super recommended!!

We had a great stay. -Sparkling clean and spacious new house, didn't feel cramped with 10 people sleeping there. -The caretaker lives on site and is available to help with anything. He takes care of the pool, preparing and cleaning it for you, covering it up at night, etc. You'll see him around the property some taking care of everything, but he doesn't get in the way. -We enjoyed the heated pool. It takes a day to really warm up to the max temperature, so it felt pretty cold the first day, but after that was great even when the sun wasn't out. -The chaquiñan bike trail (which goes all the way to Cumbayá, like ~25 miles) is one block away so it's super convenient -Great host, very responsive -The only hiccup we had was that the caretaker wasn't answering his phone to let us in when we first arrived, so we had to wait for 15 minutes, but that was a small thing. Overall, highly recommend - thank you!

we stayed almost two months and people have asked me why Tababela because I guess some don't understand there is lots to do and fantastic people here.We also liked the airport close and we used this as a base to see other parts of Ecuador. Vanessa and Camilla are a great resource The casasita is perfect, the bed nice and comfy and warm. The birds wake us every morning which we love. The Chocolat Cafe right outside the gate is a great place for breakfast and lunch. The park ,turn left at the gate, continue to the corner, turn left again.Across from the park is a great restaurant with a some nice meals like spaghetti!!!

I can’t say enough wonderful things about this apartment. It completely made my trip to Quito—it was truly the gem of my entire visit. The moment you walk in, you’re hit by the stunning panoramic views of the city and surrounding mountains. We found ourselves rushing back every day just to soak in the breathtaking scenery from the two terrace decks. One of my favorite memories is having morning coffee on the deck, watching the mist roll over the city—absolutely magical. Beyond the views, the apartment is modern, chic, and well designed. From mirrored walls to ample living space, every detail is intentional. The kitchen, dining, and bedrooms are spacious and welcoming, and everything was spotless. It’s also ideally located near Independence Square and historic sites. The security guards were super helpful, and Esteban was an exceptional host. No hotel could match the wow-factor here—I’d return in a heartbeat!

Excellent host, the place was close to everything you need to have a good time as a family. The apartment had all the comforts to relax and prepare something in the comfort of the room with all the necessary utensils. In short, a very comfortable and pleasant place.

Nice apartment, very comfortable and functional. Strategically located in a quiet, quiet, quiet residential area, but very close to public transportation and many nice restaurants. Recommended

Our stay at Edwin's place was the most positive experience I have ever had with an Airbnb. Edwin was absolutely wonderful and even picked us up at the airport, despite having flights that changed around last minute and getting in really late. The place was perfect - spotless, homey, and cozy. Edwin provided us with countless recommendations and told us all the best spots to go while we were in Quito. He even helped us practice our Spanish! We really enjoyed getting to meet him, and he even offered to drive us back to the airport as well. He clearly puts so much love and care into every aspect of hosting, from the moment you book the Airbnb until you are on your flight leaving Quito. 20/10 would recommend and hope to be back soon!

Modern apartment with 24 hr security, great location, public transportation easily available. Building had its own electrical generation plant which alleviated stress when daily power outages occurred. Unit was clean and stocked with everything needed for a self sufficient stay. Wifi was great for streaming. Combination washer/dryer is fantastic. Grocery shopping close by. Walking distance to La Corolina and El Ejido parks. We walked to subway system which made repeated access to old town convenient. Host checked in on us and was quick to answer any questions or concerns. She invited us to a community celebration which was a unique and unexpected experience. Tours were available for pick up from Swissotel which was a short walk away. Unit was great for our planed long term stay (unfortunately we had to leave early as Quito altitude was a problem for us). Would highly recommend unit and host.
