The house is beautiful, as shown in the pictures. The pool was spotless and perfect for enjoying, and the bathrooms super clean and well kept. Caesar's attention was outstanding; he was always on the lookout for us and made us feel very welcome. As a very friendly detail, he left us fresh water and snacks upon arrival, which was a great gesture. We had an amazing few days and would definitely come back without thinking twice. Highly recommended!

The house is very spacious. The delicious jacuzzi. The hot pool and the garden very spacious. We'll definitely be back. The attention of the very good service person and Jam Manuel always attentive to the messages.

Our stay at this property was amazing. We had the opportunity to enjoy it as a family and everything was perfect. The house is beautiful, with a cozy decor and a nice garden with a heated pool. Also, Pilar and Lorena were always aware that everything was fine. We definitely recommend this place!

The place is comfortable just as it is in the pictures. Everything was very clean and fresh We didn't know how to turn on the water heater so we decided not to use it but Would definitely go back.

The house has everything to spend a few days relaxing, all in excellent condition. The host is always waiting.

The place is very nice, very spacious, where you can do many activities or just relax, the kitchen and the barbecue are well equipped, it is also well located, close to supermarkets and restaurants or you can order at home. As a negative point there is only the issue of air conditioners that make noise, but we consider it a minor inconvenience. We really enjoyed the pool.

Everything was so clean. lacks maintenance on some things like a blind or the humidity due to the weather. But overall, those who welcomed me were kind, answered questions and were pending. The house is spacious and very nice. 12 people fit extremely comfortable. Everything was very good, I would definitely come back.

The best place in the area! Fottos don't do it justice. It is perfect for resting, it has super equipped kitchen, everything for roasted carnita, the comfortable rooms and with a ceiling fan. Outside it has a pool with terrace and grill, best of all it has an ampiio jardin for the Lomitos. The Sra who helps with the house is a love and helped us with everything we needed. I highly recommend it if the plan is to lock up and disconnect for a few days.

Very nice apartment, perfect for rest and relaxation. Fresh, air conditioning was not useful. Comfortable and everything is good and pleasant. The only detail is that you can hear everything from the corridor and vice versa.

I stayed for a month in this beautiful little community. The apartment was clean, colorful and very charming! The kitchen was fully equipped and the bathroom shower and toilet worked well. The bed was very comfortable and the TV had multiple streaming services. But what was most impressive were the grounds! The garden and pool are absolutely gorgeous and the upkeep was IMPECCABLE! Everything green and verdant and the pool was always spotless! The moment a leaf fell in there was a groundskeeper there to fish it out. I was amazed! Also if you are a cat lover like me there are four cats that live in the community and wander the grounds. One in particular, named Sombras, was one of the friendliest cats I have ever met! He visited me many times each day for affection and treats. Although I have my own cat at home I already miss Sombras! I will definitely be staying here the next time I visit Cuernavaca. It is such a lovely place to spend vacation time!

The apartment is very clean, spacious, comfortable, cozy, and as shown in the photos. It has a terrace with a nice view of the sunset. The whole complex is very nice, quiet and they have a cafeteria where they are very friendly and have good food. Jessica is very attentive to what we need, very friendly and with many nice touches. I highly recommend this place.

The place is very nice, the hosts are great and super attentive. The space has parking, everything matches the description. The only detail is the noise from the street, (many motorcycles pass by making a lot of noise) neighbors (pets), and there is a rooster that we did not know where it was, so sometimes it is difficult to rest.

Excellent accommodation, very comfortable we enjoyed it a lot by my family and I, communication with Isabel was very good, totally recommended, we were looking forward to using the pool due to temperature but otherwise, everything was very good

Rogerio communicated well. He was willing to make any request happen. He met us at our arrival time. He brought a large container of water immediately after check in. We liked that the apartment had two bedrooms and two full baths. The place was clean and quiet. It seemed a good number of apartments in the complex are vacant. There is a popular taco restaurant just up the street. Other restaurants seemed farther away in the central area, which is where we spent most of our time. We would stay at Rogerio’s apartment again if we were to return to Cuernavaca.

My second visit to Jorge's apartment and it's still beautiful, clean and tidy, spotless!!! 😍 We left what's needed for a rich coffee!!! Which you appreciate. Jorge's service was excellent!! Highly recommended!!!

The apartment is very quiet, easily accessible, secure, spacious and very comfortable. It's a place I would definitely book again on future visits, and Ana is a great host with excellent communication.
