Excellent location. Close to multiple transportation options making it easy to get in from the airport, and around to anywhere else in the city you want to see. Neighborhood is walkable, though city of San Francisco does have a noticeable population of unhoused people. I saw no panhandling/harassment take place. Great access to Chinatown, and all waterfront activities. The hot tub and sauna were the perfect way to end a long day of walking through the city. Surprisingly good coffee and tea available on site. Restaurants of all types available. Being able to have Jack in the Box for the first time in my life really scratched the 25 year itch for a chicken sandwich from my high school cafeteria.

Overall, it’s a great place. I would definitely stay again. Pros: very helpful and friendly hosts (homemade cookies on arrival!). The house is clean and well decorated - clearly remodeled with care. It seems to have AC, which is rare for San Francisco. The hot tub on the roof is great. Cons: as the owners point out, there are some sketchy streets a bit north of the Airbnb. It’s SF. But the area right around the Airbnb and toward the water is fine. My Nissan Sentra sedan fit in the garage, but wider cars would not fit. Unfortunately street parking is limited by hours (can’t just leave your car all day), so that could be a challenge for people who have a big car. Overall, great place, great hosts, and I’d stay again.

Very bright and open space . Very good for walking . Walk 3 minutes along bay to views of city of San Fransisco, a pretty marina and a little further to views of the beautiful small mountains. Kathleen communication was fabulous .

Gizems apartment is like a tranquil haven. It’s so peaceful and beautiful and looks out onto forest. Gizem is lovely and very easy to be around. Her response to booking was great, and she is very helpful. For me the situation was ideal as my son and family live in the same complex . I would recommend her place to anyone ; you will sleep well on her comfortable bed and the bathroom is immaculate . I’d come back to stay here anytime. Our family loved our stay at Iraida’s place! It looked even better than the photos, especially the large bright living and dining areas. Iraida was a gracious and responsive host. The neighborhood is charming, quiet, and safe - with a great neighborhood coffee shop two doors down. I highly recommend!

Dana's house was a beautiful retreat close to BART, shops and restaurants along College Ave. It was extremely clean and easily accommodate my large family for their stay during my weekend weekend. She was extremely helpful and clear with check-in and check-out processes. I would definitely recommend her home to anyone needing accommodations for larger parties!

We had a wonderful stay at Joscelin’s place. Her place is beautifully and thoughtfully decorated, bursting with so much character, and was spotless. Her cat was the most sociable and lovely host; definitely a highlight of our stay. Joscelin was also quick to respond to our questions and making sure we were comfortable during our stay. Highly recommend.

Casa Verde is a beautiful, comfortable and spacious home. Both hosts were responsive and answered all my questions. Also gave us suggestions and ideas on places to go and things to do in SF. Nice desk, relaxing patio, peaceful neighborhhod. We parked our car in the garage but there was plenty of street parking as well. We highly recommend this place and will stay again when we come back to SF.

Had an excellent stay with our family. Will is one of the best airbnb hosts we have ever had and would stay again at this home or any other home he hosts without hesitation. The cactus home is luxurious and has amazing amenities like heated bathroom floors, great outdoor space with pool and hot tub, and a well equipped kitchen.

There was plenty of space and would have been perfect for my elderly Mom with minimal and manageable stairs and room options. My other family members very much enjoyed the comfortable, welcoming home. Albert communicate clearly and always available. Great home.!

A very lovely place, equipped with everything you can possibly need. Perfect location with the views of Mt. Diablo, and open sky. It was so peaceful! We were able to relax and unwind right away on the porch with a glass of wine. Sounds of nature surround you. Beautiful decor, comfortable, and super clean! Has all the extras including a sauna in the bedroom. The jacuzzi over looks the water and views. Lots of toys to play with. Fishing off the dock was fun. Thank you Preston, a Super Host! This is a truly beautiful and gracious house, in a great neighborhood, with everything you could need amid amazing furnishings. The back garden is a marvel, and the upstairs master bedroom suite, complete with private deck, is very luxurious. Having a parking space is a great amenity in that neighborhood. I loved the art, which was plentiful and stimulating. Very special place.

This might be the nicest home I’ve ever stayed in. Where do I start? Everything seemed like it was brand new… the pool table, shuffleboard, couch, beds, appliances and the sauna. (The sauna was an amazing treat). The house was absolutely spotless. The host added a lot of touches to make the bathrooms seem spa-like. The backyard tree swing was another completely unique experience. We read a book in the swing, shaded by the oak tree, listening to the birds chirping. It was like something out of a Disney movie. The location was perfect. We were able to walk to several great restaurants and also walk to the Iron Horse Trail. Can’t wait to come back to this place
