Rilassati in posizione centrale a 5 m a piedi dal mare e a 10 dalla stazione, appartamento molto luminoso ed esposto all'aria, situato al terzo ed ultimo piano di una tranquilla palazzina, vicinissimo per lo shopping e la ristorazione disponibili nella nostra bellissima passeggiata a mare dove vi sono bar, ristoranti, supermercati e molto altro. Vicino alla stazione e alle fermate dei bus per poter fare escursioni nelle bellissime città di Lucca, Pisa, Firenze. Appena ristrutturato e rinnovato!

We are right next door, so we will be neighbours. The houses are separated though and you will have complete freedom, with the advantage of having someone nearby. Restored in 2021, the property is a farmhouse from the late 1800s, in an area that not so long ago was countryside and is now a peaceful area of the city. Alongside the rustic wooden beams and red bricks are an external area and a spacious lounge and dining area. Comforts such as air conditioning, wifi and private parking are included.

Casa con terrazzo con splendida vista mare. È ubicato nel centro storico, praticamente 'sopra' i tetti, quindi ci sono diverse scale e scalini da fare per raggiungerlo. La casa è disposta su due piani. Una scala a chiocciola interna porta al piano superiore. - 3 Nights are not enough in Teresa’s lovely villa. - Perfect views that is ever changing - Watched the fireworks near the beach below on Friday evening. - Wow! What a kitchen! - Supermarket al the Grand Hotel will satisfy your needs for water, fruits and vegetables and many other items. - Dined one night at Ristorante Portivene" and bought cornetto from Inamorata di Voi! every day. - Clothes washing machine works well! - Took a boat to Riomaggiore and walked the Via dell’amore from there to Manarola and took the boat back to Porto Venere. If you do more villages, a day pass is $41 per person for the boat. The walk costs $18€ per person. - If you don’t have a car, when leaving Porto Venere, you can roll downhill with luggage to the Bus Stop at the Grand Hotel. 1.50€ Per ticket. Select “Suburban” option at the ticket machine. However, the bus dropped us off almost 0.4 miles from the La Spezia station. It was not an easy walk. - Thank you Teresa for a memorable vacation stay.

Super schöne Gegend. Wunderschöner Pool und super liebe Gastgeber. Die Anreise war kein Problem auch die etwas beschwerliche Straße war nach der 2 Auffahrt kein Problem mehr. Würde ich nur nicht mit einem tiefgelegtem Auto empfehlen 😉. Die Gastgeber waren bereits Vorort und der Check in war ein Träumchen und auch jederzeit zu erreichen. Werden definitiv wieder kommen. Absolute Empfehlung. 🫶

Ho trascorso un soggiorno meraviglioso da Anne. Abbiamo prenotato due delle sue proprietà che si trovano sullo stesso piano. Questa è un bellissimo monolocale arredato con una bella cucina completa. Anne ha fornito gratuitamente snack, vino e acqua e la cucina era fornita di caffè, olio di sale ecc. Il letto era molto comodo, la pressione dell'acqua era ottima! Da italiano devo dire che lo standard della stanza è superiore alla media. Ci siamo sentiti al sicuro e l'edificio in sé è molto tranquillo. A 2 minuti dalla spiaggia e dai negozi per fare la spesa, dove si puoʻ godere di una bella passeggiata lungo il mare fino al centro storico. Anne ci ha fornito molti consigli su dove mangiare e sulle attività. Ci ha anche fatto prenotare all'ultimo minuto e ci siamo sentiti coccolati per tutto il tempo! Raccomandato

Die Gastgeberfamilie - Barbara, Roberto und ihre Tochter Michela - sind ausgesprochen nett und sehr hilfsbereit. Wir kamen anders als geplant erst spätabends an, aber die Kommunikation mit Michela lief problemlos per SMS und trotz der Sprachbarriere (wir sprechen kein Italienisch und Barbara und Roberto kein Englisch), wurden wir herzlich empfangen. Die Unterkunft ist wie ein eigenes kleines Haus, auch wenn sie direkt an das Haus der Familie grenzt. Sie ist wirklich schön und dabei gemütlich und praktisch eingerichtet. Wir wurden mit köstlichen kleinen Kuchen und frischen Eiern verwöhnt und fanden immer ein offenes Ohr für Fragen. Nach unseren Ausflügen nach Pisa, Florenz, San Gimignano ... war es immer eine Freude, in unser ruhiges "Zuhause" zurückkehren zu können. Danke und liebe Grüße aus Berlin!

We had a lovely stay in Sommocolonia! Nice small apartment with balcony and everything we needed in the house. Despite the central location in the middle of the village it was very quiet in the evening. Lots to do in the surroundings, such as hiking, canyoning, caves, swimming, and lots of nice cafes and restaurants. Loved Barga a lovely small town 15 minutes drive down the hill.

Oltre alla cortesia e ospitalità di Vanessa e Stefano, abbiamo trovato un appartamento pulito e ordinato, arricchito dalla meravigliosa vista mare dalle camere da letto. Posizione ottima per l'accesso alla spiaggia e alla zona pedonale prossima ai parchetti e alla biblioteca del mare. Se dovessimo tornare a Riva, cercheremmo di soggiornare ancora in questo appartamento.

We had a wonderful week in Alventura! The villa is easily one of the best we have stayed in, with lots of space (the two upstairs rooms have their own living area and ensuite, which went down well with our two daughters!), wonderfully furnished, and a fantastic pool area where we spent many happy hours. The surrounding hills are beautiful, and the nearby town of Barga was quiet, charming, and not overly 'touristy' - we quickly fell in love with it, and ate out most nights in one of the small number of restaurants. We didn't take the walk from the villa into town and drove in, but it was only about a mile. What also made our trip were the 'little' things: Anne went out of her way to check in and make sure we were enjoying our vacation, providing us with some food on arrival as well as recommendations for excursions and restaurants; there are wardrobes and drawers in every room for storage; and the kitchen knives are sharp! (a bugbear of other places we've stayed in the past.) Loved it!

Ivana est la meilleure hôte que nous ayons rencontré. une très belle rencontre. Elle et sa famille sont tellement accueillants, disponibles, à l'écoute, plein de bons conseils et Allan cuisine très bien ! l'appartement est parfait. endroit paisible proche de beaux sites à visiter. Ivana sait bien conseiller. il est très rare de trouver une hôte qui parle 3 langues comme elle. Je ne sais pas encore à quel moment mais nous reviendrons probablement un jour.
