Holiday rentals with lake access in Arvika Municipality

Wir hatten eine tolle Zeit in Patricias Ferienhaus und wir haben uns sofort sehr wohl gefühlt. Das Haus hat alles was man braucht und ist sehr gut ausgestattet. In den bequemen Betten haben wir super geschlafen und die neue Küche ist natürlich optimal. Es ist wunderbar ruhig und die Umgebung wunderschön. Patricia hat uns von Anfang an viele nützliche Informationen und Tipps gegeben und war immer gut erreichbar. Sie ist eine sehr freundliche und zuvorkommende Gastgeberin. Alles sehr empfehlenswert! Wir kommen sehr gerne wieder :-)

Grosses ehemaliges Wohnhaus mit herrlichem Blick auf den See Fryken. Eingerichtet authentisch wie in den 60er Jahren fühlt man sich auf einer Zeitreise in die Vergangenheit. Trotzdem muss man auf moderne Annehmlichkeiten nicht verzichten. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt.

Cabane fonctionnelle et très bien entretenue, confortable et chaleureuse. Un bel espace de couchage avec un lit deux places, un petit lit d'un côté et un grand lit deux places de l'autre côté. Martin est très gentil et toujours à l'écoute. Nous avons passé un super séjour, je recommande fortement

We hebben genoten van het prachtige huis aan het meer. Er waren kajaks beschikbaar maar die hebben we niet gebruikt. Wel hebben we de sauna aan het meer gehuurd. Fijn uitgerust in een heerlijk huis dat van alle gemakken is voorzien en prachtige omgeving.

Rolig og fint sted. Et vidunderlig hus med historisk sus. Fint for våre barn som kunne gå å fiske rett nedenfor i sjøen. Hyggelig vert som svarte raskt på det vi måtte lure på. Anbefales!

We spent seven days in Mike and Kristine's wonderful holiday home. The property is in a wonderfully idyllic location and there are lots of details to discover in the garden. The house is clean and superbly equipped, so we didn't miss a thing. A big plus is also the own jetty to the lake and the possibility to use the rowing boat and canoe. Unfortunately, the water level of the lake had dropped so much at the time of our stay in August that we couldn't get the rowing boat into the water, but as the canoe was easy to use from the jetty, this wasn't a problem and we were able to explore the lake and its wonderful shores. Communication with Mike and Kristine was smooth and any questions were answered quickly. If you are looking for a quiet, private location in the middle of the Swedish countryside, this is the place for you.

Lovely place in the middle of the beautiful and quiet countryside of Värmland. Cozy old house by the lake with a sauna - perfect!

die Unterkunft von Martin ist etwas ganz besonderes und man muss es selbst erlebt haben welche Ruhe dieser Ort ausstrahl. Die Toilette und das Ruderboot sind gewöhnungs bedürftig jedoch es alle mal Wert. wir hatten zudem das große glück Polarlichter zu sehen von der Terrasse aus.

We hebben een fijn verblijf gehad alles wat we nodig hadden was aanwezig (beddengoed, handdoeken, brandhout enz). De kinderen konden dvd’s kijken en we konden inloggen op Disney +. Het enige wat we minder vonden was het drinkwater uit de kraan (ijzersmaak).

Wir hatten einen unvergesslichen Urlaub in dem einsam gelegenen Haus direkt am Wasser. Im Haus selber blieben keine Wünsche offen. Hoffentlich haben wir irgendwann nochmal die Möglichkeit dort hin zu reisen.

We vonden ons verblijf fantastisch. Vooral het prachtige meer met de steiger en het bos errond waren rustgevend. Je hebt ook heel veel privacy want er zijn geen buren vlakbij. Het huis zelf is redelijk eenvoudig. De keuken is klein maar alles wat je nodig hebt is aanwezig. Hou er rekening mee dat er geen deur is tussen de tweede slaapkamer en de keuken, enkel een open trap. We raden het huis zeker aan voor mensen die van de natuur en rust houden!

Trevligt och väldigt fint boende.

We (a family of six and a dog) spent two relaxing weeks in the cottage. In the 1st week, thanks to the sunny weather, we just spent time on the private jetty, went swimming & explored the lake via SUP. In the 2nd, cooler week, we enjoyed the peace & quiet of the area around the cottage, sat around the campfire, visited Karlstad, Arvika & Charlottenberg & picked blueberries while hiking! If you want to take home a hand-carved souvenir, you should stop by the Sneckarboa-house in Fredros! Mattias was always available via phone to answer our questions (but actually the great cottage manual is all you need) and welcomed us with a little present! The cottage is cosily furnished and offered us everything we needed. But, if you're looking for luxury, you're in the wrong place. We had to get used to the noise from the road, mainly at closing time, but after a few days we no longer noticed it. We really enjoyed our time here!

We spent lovely time at Nicole’s place. The surroundings are so beautiful and peaceful, the yard is very big and we could relax, do a bonfire and children could play safely. The house was very nicely renovated, well equipped, clean and comfortable for our two families. Nicole welcomed us with her family and was always available to give us tips and recommendations. Thank you, Nicole, for such a nice time ! 😊
