“...The location was perfect for my work trip. Quite a close walk to things, some outstanding restaurants in the area. The room was comfy and cosy. However, definitely on the smaller side so better suited for shorter stays. It seems to have been recently renovated with a modern fit-out in an older building, so certain aspects of the building do show its age. There were some minor inconveniences such as the main door being locked after hours and requiring a knock, the slightly dodgy elevator that required extra button presses to open, and an extra flight of stairs down the hallway after the lift to get into the room - which made luggage a little extra difficult. Staff were very friendly but I have definitely had more welcoming and accommodating experiences, and a heads up to the above upon or pre-arrival would have done wonders in just setting expectations :)”
