Urban Newtown is a absolute gem of a spot. You cannot beat the location: five minute walk to Enmore Theatre, Camperdown Memorial Rest Park right nearby, and endless choice for coffee and food. I had reservations about flight noise initially, but the room was remarkably quiet once night hit. The space is simple, open, and practical, with a handy kitchenette and heaps of storage. Mind you, the mattress is on the firmer end. While the bathroom shows its age, it was spotless with fantastic water pressure. The property has real character, featuring cool local art, a leafy courtyard, and a complimentary glass of wine on arrival. What stood out most was the team. Staff were warm, gave top tier dining recommendations, and resolved a quick AC hiccup without any fuss. Loved the vibe here. I would come back in a heartbeat.

Amazing location right in the middle of Newtown. Short walk to great pubs, breweries and restaurants. Daniel and the team are so welcoming and helpful with great suggestions for everything you could want. Will definitely stay again

Perfect location! So many restaurants, bars, and shops to choose from. Train and bus stop right down the street. Great, dog friendly, accommodation. Very easy check in and friendly staff.
