Ultimate family bush retreat with a huge enclosed entertainment area/garden complete with basketball hoop and some outdoor games. Great for the kids! Also keeping everyone happy is our superfast Starlink Internet connection. Plus, there's plenty of room to park up your boat trailer. Linen hire cost is included in our cleaning cost rather than added into the nightly rate.

The space
Sitting comfortably on 5 acres ‘Woodlands Villa’, Yallingup has all the makings of the perfect getaway. Only a 5 min drive to Dunsborough’s town centre with its cafes, restaurants, bars and boutiques and beach.

Plenty of room in this massive enclosed yard that even your little kiddies can bring their bikes and be perfectly safe in this enclosed area. The men will no doubt be talked into a competitive game of basketball by their sons.

Meanwhile, Mum can enjoy some time chilling and soaking up a few rays in the lovely garden. An outdoor dining setting allows you to continue to enjoy the country ambience while the steaks sizzle on the BBQ.

As for this home’s interior, it’s equally stacked with amenities. The comfortable couches in the lounge area will seat everyone for a family movie night (Smart TV, Stan and Netflix). There’s a separate TV/Activity Room if the kids want to do their own thing and the wood burning stove ensures this home is equally perfect for a Winter stay.

There is a reverse-cycle Daikin split system in living area which services lounge, dining and kitchen. Large ceiling fans are in all 3 bedrooms.

The galley kitchen is perfect for those who love to cook and the kitchen island bench and stools are great for those who like to hang out and watch! The long Italian style dining table is the perfect place to dish up and enjoy your feast, along with a glass of the region’s finest wine.

This is a great home for an extended family or two couples with children (7 guests in total including children) – perfectly accommodated within its 3 bedrooms - two bedrooms with queen beds, third bedroom with a double and a single bed.

The master bedroom has its own modern ensuite while the remaining two bedrooms share an equally modern bathroom. There is an air-con unit in the master bedroom. A portacot and high chair are here waiting for you.

This pad is so comfy you might prefer to stay put but try to venture out to enjoy the local beach environment or explore the region’s internationally renowned wineries, boutique breweries and the stunning coastline – all only a short drive away.

No parties or events to be held at the property. No schoolies bookings and no animals/pets please.
