Spend your afternoons by the private pool, then gather around the fire pit as the evening settles in. Inside, multiple living areas, two full bathrooms, and air conditioning and heating provide space and comfort. You’re also just minutes from Warilla Beach and Shellharbour Village.

The space
Step into a light-filled, thoughtfully styled home where modern comfort meets a refined coastal aesthetic, creating a fresh and elevated feel. Two separate living areas offer flexibility to come together or spread out, with the main living zone flowing toward the outdoors and the second lounge providing a quieter retreat.

The kitchen sits at the heart of the home, designed for easy everyday cooking with modern appliances and essentials. The breakfast bar with stools offers a casual place to connect, while the adjoining dining area creates a beautifully styled setting for shared meals. From here, step onto the undercover patio, where an expansive outdoor table and BBQ set the scene for alfresco dining.

Outside, days flow effortlessly between poolside dips, sun-soaked lounging, and fire-lit evenings under the open sky. The private pool is perfect for cooling off on warm days, while sun loungers invite time spent in the sun. A separate deck with a fire pit provides a cosy place to wind down as evening settles in.

Each bedroom continues the home’s soft, coastal-inspired feel, with ceiling fans in every room. The primary bedroom features a king bed and an ensuite with a double vanity and walk-in shower, offering an ideal place to reset after a day by the beach.
