Escape to the quiet side of Byron Bay in ‘The White Rabbit’ Tiny House; a serene, private hideaway just 7 minutes drive to Byron Bay.

Inside, a cozy loft bed rests above a timber-lined kitchen, with a deep soaking bathtub, Wi-Fi, and soft, natural textures inviting you to slow down. Perfect for romantic escapes, solo retreats, or creative time.

Tucked in nature yet minutes from Byron’s cafés, beaches, and markets, it’s your place to breathe deeply, dream freely, and follow the magic.

The space
The White Rabbit Tiny House is a whimsical two-level loft retreat located on a 1 acre block in the quiet suburb of Ewingsdale, tucked into a peaceful forest pocket. Moss carpets the rocks and old trees, leafy shadows dance at night, and the fire pit glows under the moon.

Upstairs
• Queen bed with a top-quality mattress topper and fresh natural linen
• Leafy views from every window
• Second loft for reading, tea, or as a luggage space

Downstairs
• Cosy lounge with sofa (also doubles as the second bed), layered throws, books, and Google TV with Netflix
• Timber kitchen with stovetop, quality cookware, and top-of-the-line Breville Nespresso machine (pods included)
• Full-size bathroom with deep bathtub, rain shower, eco-friendly toiletries, and washing machine.

Outside
Step onto the deck for long breakfasts or sunset wines, surrounded by stunning greenery and the occasional visit from a friendly neighbourhood cat.

A fire pit glows under starlight - perfect for marshmallows and late-night chats. There’s parking for several cars, or even a campervan or bus if you’re travelling with friends (by arrangement)

Guest access
The White Rabbit is entirely yours for your stay, with private entry, deck, and fire pit. Your host lives on the property around 60 metres away. Close enough for a warm welcome and help on hand, far enough for complete privacy.

Whilst the tiny is private and the area is peaceful (Ewingsdale is a sleepy suburb) do expect some regular neighbourhood noise.

Other things to note
Pet-friendly, let us know about your furry friend before booking, and please note that there are no fences on the property.

Safe, quiet neighbourhood with friendly locals and the occasional visiting cat.

Laundry machine with outdoor drying.

Campervan/motorhome stays can be arranged at an extra cost.

Loft bed is accessed up a rail-less staircase which may not suit guests with mobility concerns.

Sofa converts to a firm double bed for extra guests.

No smoking inside the tiny house but you’re more than welcome to enjoy outside around the fire or on the deck.

Wildlife may visit (birds, wallabies, geckos, all friendly!)

We supply basic pantry items and tea/coffee to get you started.

BYO beach towels for trips to the ocean.
