This is the cheaper 1br listing for our 3br home, 2x rooms will be locked. Perfectly located, with group access to the lake out back door & golf course out your front door, this property screams "stay here"! Ideal for Couples Getaways, Kayaks on site for use, 1km stroll to the ocean, & sandy beach fishing 100m away. Shopping complex restraunts & cinema only a few minutes wander through pretty grassed river system, lockable carport, balcony, and private patio. Stylish modernly renovated interior.
The space
Private Garage and Patio area with roller door access and entrance to rear door. This area leads to a strata owned courtyard, and gated access to the salt water lake with a grassy bank and stepped access which is viewable from the bedroom and its private balcony which has a Queen bed.
Out the front door there is the West Lakes Golf Course accross the street. The primary bathroom is upstairs on the same level as the bedrooms.
Downstairs contains the kitchen, laundry, a 2nd lavetory, Living space and dining area, fully kitted out for your stay with the essentials,
Full Google voice control of lighting, audio and video streaming. Free wifi and Netflix, Baby grand piano to entertain yourself (or have us send you a private entertainer!)
Guest access
Direct gated and private group access to lake through the courtyard, where you can launch kayaks and have a paddle. a quick wander to the foot bridge with grassy park on one side of the lake, and sandy beach on the other for more aquatic activities. From there you can walk through the beautiful garden river parklands to the West Lakes shopping complex and restaraunt/dining precinct, or take a short stroll down to sandy Tennyson beach under 2km walk from the property which has a permanent shade structure installed and is popular with kitesurfers
Other things to note
Kayaks and stand up paddle boards will be available for guest use in the lake. Most lights and televisions are google voice controllable, The storage shed and bedroom 2 & 3 will be locked and innaccessible to guests.
Pets are welcome, but should not be hair shedders, and must be quiet pets so as not to upset neighbouring tennants of the strata complex. Pets must not be left alone unnatended in the property, and must be registered to the booking. If a pet is observed by neighbours without us lodging approval paperwork first, we get a strata fine, and this will be passed onto the booking guest along with the pet fee. All guests must be specified in the booking. this listing permits 2 guests, additional bedding and rooms can be provided for the correct fees. If more guests stay than are specified in the booking, a request for payment will be made which may be higher than the original rate, or termination of booking may occur without refund
