Welcome to our delightful pet friendly two-storey house, nestled in the heart of Warburton. Described by guests as "like staying in a tree house," this retreat offers the perfect blend of comfort and tranquility, surrounded by lush nature and just a stone throw from town and the Yarra River.

Just 100m from the Yarra River it's perfect for leisurely walks, picnics, or simply soaking up the beauty of the area.

Very close to the Shops, Cafés and the Alpine Hotel.

The space
Trailview House is now under new management with Warburton Escapes. It's been on Air BnB for over 10 years with great reviews and has hosted many great getaways.

About the Space:
3 Spacious Bedrooms: Sleep soundly in our well-appointed bedrooms, each designed for relaxation equipped with 2 King Singles in each so can be arranged to suit you and your crew. All the rooms have great nature views.

The house is pet friendly and has a secure rear yard. Pets are allowed in the house but please keep them off the furniture and bedding.

There is also a comfortable fold out couch which can be made up allowing a total of 8 guests.

1 main bathroom and an ensuite off the Master bedroom.
Stunning Views: Enjoy breathtaking vistas of Warburton and the surrounding hills from the comfort of your living room or either of the two front decks.

Secure bike storage, with bike hanging for up to 6 bikes. Bring more though, we don’t mind.
