Floor to ceiling windows frame a lush back drop & patio space to enjoy. Set within private leafy gardens, it’s a calm, stylish base to explore Mullumbimby, a 1 minute drive & Brunswick Head Beaches - A 7 minute drive.

Floor to ceiling windows and doors look out on to a lovely patio and lush garden for you to enjoy a morning coffee whilst listening to the bird song.
Fully equipped kitchen for self-catering with essentials included to kick off your stay.

Clothes storage and powerful fans in both rooms

There is also a studio separated from the house.
Our maintenance team will on site on a back property also separated from the house
Parking is ample but we ask a max of 3 cars only

There are no fly screens on the windows
There is no washing machine but there is a laundrette 1 minutes drive away
The downstairs apartment is the lower level of a large house. The entire downstairs is for your use, as well as the front garden.
Please note that there are 2 other guest apartments on site. The top floor apartment is also rented out to guests, so you will have noise from above.
There is also a studio separated from the house.

With this in mind we ask that all our guests are mindful of noise and others and ask that there is strictly no pets, smoking, extra guests or any kind of group gatherings
