The space
Welcome to Vineside—your thoughtfully designed retreat, where country serenity meets village convenience.
Set on a peaceful 2.2-acre property on the edge of Witchcliffe, our home offers a rare balance of space, privacy, and convenience. From your private deck, you’ll look over native gardens to the neighbouring vineyard and a pocket of bushland. It’s a place to hear kookaburras in the morning and watch kangaroos gather in the vines at dusk, all while enjoying the comfort of a quiet, welcoming neighbourhood.
Vineside is just minutes from Witchcliffe village, Redgate Beach, Boranup Forest, and wineries like Leeuwin Estate—your ideal base for exploring the Margaret River region.
Inside, you’ll find a king-size bed with flax linen bedding, a queen sofa bed (for approved extra guests), a well-equipped kitchen, 65” Smart TV, fast WiFi, and thoughtful, natural finishes throughout. Our cleaning and toiletry products are all-natural and eco-friendly—chosen to be gentle on both you and the environment.
Step outside and the experience unfolds. Your private deck has been designed for slow, relaxed living, with a handcrafted timber lounge and coffee table—perfect for morning coffee or a quiet afternoon pause as birds move through the garden. The stacker window opens onto a custom jarrah bar bench with stools, creating an easy indoor-outdoor flow for casual meals, wine, or sunset drinks. A Mini Weber BBQ is ready for easy outdoor cooking.

Your apartment is attached to the main house but fully private, with its own entrance and fenced boundary. You may also be greeted by our two friendly, hypoallergenic dogs, Lily (a Lagotto) and Luna (a Groodle), who are often nearby for a tail wag hello.

Guest access
You’ll have exclusive access to your own fully self-contained one-bedroom apartment, complete with an ensuite, a private deck, and a separate entrance.
While the apartment sits under the same roof as our home, it’s completely private—with its own parking, entry, fenced boundary, and peaceful outlook that feels like your own retreat.
Vineside is set on 2.2 acres on the edge of a quiet, friendly neighbourhood—just 12 minutes from Margaret River and 4 minutes from Witchcliffe village. Close to everything, yet with space, privacy, and a peaceful outlook.

🌿 Private Deck & Outdoor Living
Your private deck is designed for slow, relaxed living. Settle into the timber lounge for morning coffee as birds move through the garden, or enjoy casual meals at the custom jarrah bar bench with stools, connecting seamlessly to the kitchen via the stacker window. A Mini Weber BBQ is ready for easy outdoor cooking.
🔥 Firepit with Vineyard Views
Follow the path through your back gate to the firepit overlooking the neighbouring vineyard. This is where kangaroos are often seen at dusk. We provide firewood, kindling, and fire starters for your stay (top-up bundles available if needed).
Fires are currently permitted between 5pm–11pm, on evenings where conditions allow, and must be fully extinguished by 11pm.
🌳 Native Bushland Area
A short path leads into a quiet pocket of native bush—perfect for a leg stretch, a moment of stillness, or simply watching the light move through the trees.
🐾 Lily & Luna
Our two friendly, hypoallergenic dogs may pop by from their fenced area. They’re always happy to say hello, but will remain on their side of the boundary.
🧺 Laundry Service ($15 per load)
We offer a wash, dry, and fold service using rainwater and premium Koala Eco products.
To have your laundry returned the same day, please leave it out before 10am and send us a quick message to let us know.
Laundry received later will be completed the following day. Ironing is not included.

The apartment is not baby-proofed and no infant equipment is provided. Please bring what you need and supervise at all times.
💧 Sustainability at Heart
Vineside runs on rainwater and an eco-friendly ATU wastewater system. All products are natural and thoughtfully chosen—thank you for helping us care for this environment.

🛏 Sofa Bed Setup
If you’d like the sofa bed prepared, please let us know in advance. A $30 linen and cleaning fee applies unless additional guests are already included in your booking.
🔥 Firepit Use
Fires are permitted between 5pm–11pm on evenings where conditions allow (not permitted during high fire danger).
Please ensure the fire is fully extinguished by 11pm.
We provide wood, kindling, and fire starters for your stay. Additional bundles are available for $15 or can be purchased locally.
