The space
Welcome to Vineside—your thoughtfully designed retreat, where country serenity meets village convenience.
Set on a peaceful 2.2-acre property on the edge of Witchcliffe, our home offers the best of both worlds. From your private deck, you'll look over native gardens to the neighbouring vineyard and a beautiful patch of bushland. It’s a place to hear the Kookaburras in the morning and watch kangaroos by the vines at dusk, all while having the comfort of being in a friendly, quiet neighbourhood.
Perfectly positioned, Vineside is just minutes from Margaret River town, Redgate Beach, Boranup Forest, and iconic wineries like Leeuwin Estate. It’s your ideal base for both adventure and rest.
Inside, you'll find a king-size bed with premium linens, a queen sofa bed (for approved extra guests), a well-equipped kitchen, a 65” Smart TV, fast WiFi, and thoughtful design touches throughout. All our cleaning and toiletry products are eco-friendly, all-natural, and kind to both skin and the environment.
Relax indoors with a glass of wine or step out onto your private deck to enjoy alfresco dining with the Mini Weber BBQ and a stacker window open to the kitchen—surrounded by birdsong, fresh air, and a native Australian garden.
As the sun sets, head to the firepit under the stars—kangaroos and sheep often graze in the neighbouring vineyard, and if the skies are clear, you might even glimpse the Aurora Australis.
Your apartment is attached to the main house but fully private, with its own entrance and fenced boundary. You will also be greeted by our two super-friendly, hypoallergenic dogs, Lily (a brown Lagotto) and Luna (a black Groodle), who are often seen sunbaking or wagging hello.

Guest access
You’ll have exclusive access to your own fully self-contained one-bedroom apartment with an ensuite, private deck, and separate entrance.
While the apartment is under the same roof as our home, it’s completely private—with its own entry, fenced boundary, and peaceful outlook that makes it feel like your own retreat.
Vineside is just 12 minutes from Margaret River and 4 minutes from Witchcliffe village—close to everything, yet quietly removed from the crowds.
Here’s what’s all yours:
🌿 Private Deck & BBQ: Enjoy alfresco dining or a slow morning coffee on your deck, surrounded by native gardens and birdsong. A Mini Weber BBQ is ready to go—with everything you need to keep it clean and simple.
🔥 Firepit with Vineyard Views: Follow the path through your back gate to the firepit overlooking the neighbouring vineyard. We provide firewood, kindling, and fire starters to last your stay—top-up bundles available if needed.
🌳 Native Bushland Area: A short path leads into our own small pocket of peaceful bush—perfect for a leg stretch, a quiet moment, or just watching the light filter through the trees.
🐾 Lily & Luna: Our two friendly (and hypoallergenic) dogs may pop by to say hello from their fenced area. They love a wave from the deck and are always up for a sniff and tail wag.
🧺 Laundry Service: $15 per load We offer a full wash, dry, and fold service using our rainwater and premium Koala Eco products. Just message us in the morning, leave your laundry out, and we’ll return it clean and folded that afternoon. Please note: Ironing is not included.
