VillaTropez is a true St Tropez experience, in an iconic residence, newly renovated (2024). Your own private 1700s fisherman’s villa, just footsteps from the sand. This 90sqm sunlit corner residence in La Ponche has a room on each of 5 floors in traditional maison de pêcheur style, & an elevator to top living floors. Roof terrace with breathtaking views. The cellar suite (3rd bedroom) is self-contained, & has wellbeing/yoga equipment.

The space
The layout, traditional with a room on each floor, can accommodate up to 6 persons maximum in 3 kingbeds. The layout can accommodate up to 6 persons maximum. Strictly no extra guests allowed.
Linen is included for the 3 beds, & one towel each.
-1st floor: air conditioned bedroom with 160x200cm kingbed, salle de bain with shower & toilet, laundry facilities. 17sqm (stair access)
- 2nd floor (stair access or elevator access), 17sqm: air conditioned bedroom with 160x200cm kingbed, ensuite with shower & toilet.
- 3rd floor (stair access or elevator access), 17sqm: air conditioned kitchen, living room with dining corner with view between La Ponche buildings for a partial sea view.
- attic-style stairs lead to the terrace (steep - not suitable for children or mobility impaired)
Self-contained Studio Suite: Ground floor & converted cellar via stairs as 3rd bedroom & wellness space (45 sqm) (not airconditioned - generally cool in temperate weather)
- kitchenette with oven, stove, microwave & barfridge
- 160 x 200 cm kingbed (full proper depth mattress on Murphy bed base),
- small separate shower space with toilet.

Villa Tropez is a Maison de Pêcheur building available exclusively to up to 6 guests with no other apartments located above or below.
No restaurants are located underneath ours or neighbouring buildings, for tranquil evenings.
Location: La Ponche, a pedestrian street in the vieux-ville, no car traffic noise.
Closest street parking (payable) 200 metres in the streets near the Citadelle. Secure Council carparks (payable) 600 metres.

20 metres to the beach-
150 metres to the famous Port of Saint Tropez.
Other things to note
The top two bedrooms & kitchen/ dining area are air-conditioned. The cellar room is naturally cool in temperature weather. There are further portable fans for use.
The three bathrooms (one normal size, one compact, and one half-size) have a starter pack of toilet paper for your convenience at the start of your stay, being a self-contained property. A supermarket is a 5 minute walk away for you to obtain your own supplies once settled in, for the rest of your stay.
