Our beautiful, modern, newly renovated 2 bed Villa is ideally located in north Seminyak. Only 4 minute walk to Bali’s popular Eat Street, shopping district, cafes & bars.

-Bike access to the door, or 90m walk from main road (no parking for cars onsite)

The space
The villa is accessible from 2 roads - 1 is a 90m lane that is accessible by bike/walking, and the other one is accessible by car with just a 20m walk to the door.

The area is quiet and private, yet close enough to all the delights of Seminyak. It also has easy access to Kuta and Batu Bolong.

The villa has 2 bedrooms, situated at each end of the pool. Each bedroom has a king bed, TV, air conditioning and ensuite. One bedroom also has a double sofa.

The living area of this villa is unenclosed - a fabulous experience for your holiday to Bali! There are clear blinds that can be lowered when it rains. The 10 seater corner lounge is perfect for relaxing and socialising.

This villa has a functional kitchenette with 2 burner hot plate, microwave and a large fridge.

The pool is large, warm and won't make your blonde hair go green! (This is a common problem in Bali due to the chemicals many companies use).

Please note this villa is not new to AirBnb. It has many fabulous 5 star reviews. However due to Indonesian laws, the property was required to be listed in a new profile and the reviews could not be transferred across. I too am a superhost on another profile, which cannot be transferred across.
