Brand-new & stylish, this sought-after 2-bedroom cottage is perfect for couples or small families. NO PETS allowed. 10-minute walk to patrolled beaches & local shops, it offers 1 queen bed, 2 singles, and a large undercover deck for relaxing outdoors.
Set in a quiet street with native birds & friendly ducks, it’s peaceful yet close to everything. Close to both Ocean Beach & Ettalong Beach this house is only 1 hour drive north of Sydney, the ideal spot for a coastal escape with FREE EV Charging.
The space
Two bedrooms for 4 guests maximum, one with a queen size bed and the other with two single beds. The property has just been built and it has been provided with all we think is necessary to make your short stay perfectly comfortable.
- There is no room for a cot or extra beds.
- Pets are not allowed to stay, either inside or outside.
- This property has three steps at the entry door, no accessible ramp and would be difficult to navigate for people in wheelchairs.
This is a quiet residential area. Strictly no parties, no pets or additional visitors. We have a strong relationship with our neighbours, hence we prioritise bookings from guests with established Airbnb profiles and positive reviews to ensure a smooth experience for everyone.
Guest access
The guests of our property receive directions to access to house in the morning of their arrival as an Airbnb message. Each guest is allocated a unique access code to tap on to the electronic lock at the front door.
A set of keys are inside the house - lost keys incur in a $120 replacement fee.
Other things to note
Inside the house, you’ll find 1L milk, some tea bags and Nespresso coffee pods, and sugar to get you started with your first breakfast. There is cooking oil, salt and pepper, but while the kitchen is fully equipped with cooking utensils, we choose not to leave food or ingredients there for sanitary reasons. There are three large supermarkets just minutes away, as well as plenty of cafés and restaurants nearby to make your weekend away a truly relaxing one.
There is baking paper there but we choose not to use cling-wrap which we see as bad for the environment. However Tupperware kind of containers are available in the kitchen to store food instead :)
The area is rich with a large number of wild birds, including ducks which roam the streets and often come close hoping to get some food. The only food that is good for them is seeds - we ask you not to feed them anything else. Thank you.
