✅ 1 AC room with shower and toilet, with 1 Queen bed and a DOUBLE-sized bunk bed (accommodates up to 6 guests).
✅ Private kitchen - with fridge, gas stove, rice cooker, electric kettle, BBQ griller, cutlery, plates, cups, chopping board, knife, etc. (Just bring your ingredients!)
✅ Private outdoor dining, lounging, and BBQ space EXCLUSIVE to your group.
ℹ️ SHARED areas are the entry gate and parking only. Each unit has ONE free parking space.

The base rate covers 4 guests. For any additional guests, there’s a ₱400 fee per person. Please note that our maximum capacity for this listing is 6 guests.
If you’ve entered the CORRECT number of guests on Airbnb, the total will adjust automatically — NO EXTRA PAYMENT needed.
If not, you can simply settle the difference upon arrival.
