The property has 3 separate units, each with its own private spaces.
For this listing, you’ll have EXCLUSIVE USE of Unit 1 and Unit 2, ground-floor apartments with a bedroom, bathroom, fully equipped kitchen, plus indoor and outdoor dining and lounging areas.
TWO vehicles can be parked FREE on-site, and additional parking is available off-site for a fee.

We’re happy to welcome extra friends or family!
Our base rate includes up to 16 guests, but the space can comfortably host more. We can accommodate up to 20 guests.
Please note - anyone above the 16-guest limit will be provided with floor mattresses and/or folding beds.
There is an additional fee of ₱400 per extra person beyond the 16-guest limit. This can be paid through Airbnb or upon arrival.
If you’re planning to bring extra guests, please let us know in advance so we can prepare the sleeping arrangements before you arrive.
