The space
The Rail Trail Inn offers the perfect blend of togetherness and tranquility, making it an ideal retreat for multiple families or friends traveling together. Thoughtfully designed with flexibility in mind, the home allows certain areas to be closed off—offering a little extra peace and privacy when needed.
Inside, you'll find two inviting living spaces that radiate warmth. The main lounge, generously sized, features a wetback fireplace – perfect for sharing leisurely dinners, playing board games, or telling stories by the fire. The second lounge, more intimate in size, offers a potbelly stove for added charm, and a heat pump ensures cozy comfort year-round. A well-equipped kitchen invites guests to gather, cook, and connect in a relaxed, homely atmosphere.
The Inn offers five thoughtfully arranged bedrooms and two bathrooms to comfortably accommodate families, couples, or solo adventurers alike.
Bathroom 1 includes a spacious shower, basin, and toilet.
Bathroom 2 offers a bath, shower, and basin, along with a separate toilet for added ease during shared stays.
Outdoors, a sun-drenched deck stretches out to the rear of the home—ideal for morning coffee, evening unwinds, or simply soaking in the country air. There’s also space to store and charge eBikes (at your own risk), making The Rail Trail Inn a perfect base for those exploring on two wheels.
