Both bedrooms are designed for a restful night’s sleep, featuring brand-new King Koil mattresses and a curated pillow selection. The master includes a spacious queen bed, while the second bedroom can be configured as either two singles or a king—ideal for couples, families, or colleagues.

Thoughtfully styled throughout, the apartment balances comfort with understated luxury. The living area is perfect for relaxing, with a large screen for movie nights, a plush modular sofa, ottoman, and soft ambient lighting.

The fully equipped kitchen is designed for both convenience and enjoyment, complete with a coffee machine, SodaStream, and full-sized fridge—everything you need to dine or snack with ease.

Bathrooms offer a spa-like experience, stocked with high-quality, eco-friendly amenities. We clean exclusively with non-toxic products, prioritising both your comfort and wellbeing.

Residents also enjoy access to exceptional rooftop facilities, including a stunning infinity pool, sun lounges, lush greenery, and panoramic city views. Additional amenities include a top-floor gym, a serene resident lounge, and a quiet library space.

Please note:
Rooftop (Level 40) where you will find the infinity pool, BBQ area and Gym. The BBQ and Dining area requires booking at least 2 weeks in advance to arrange.

Other things to note
✒ We expect the apartment to be treated as your own and to be left clean and tidy in the manner it was found. Please note we take extra precautions with photos and inventory list prior to each guest checking in. If items are missing or damaged this will cause for a claim to be made.

There is a sofa bed should 1 additional guest wish to stay. The 2nd bedroom has the option to be set up for 2 Single beds or 1 luxury king bed.

Family friendly amenities with Cot, Bedding, Kids plates, cups etc, Highchair and Baby bath.

There is a work station set up plus access to the common lounge and library all located on level 1.


Rooftop (Level 40) where you will find the infinity pool, BBQ area and Gym . Please note the BBQ requires booking at least 2 weeks in advance.

RESERVATION REQUIREMENTS
We’ll be in touch after booking to complete a quick ID check, (guests will be asked to send a selfie holding their ID as an additional security measure. This is to ensure legitimacy and prevent fraudulent transaction), collect contact details, and arrange a refundable security deposit (AUD $300–$2,000, depending on your stay and at the host’s discretion). You will receive an email from Airbnb to finalise the Refundable Security Deposit requirements. This will be refunded 3-5 days after your check-out if all is well with your stay.

REFRESH CLEANS
For longer stays (14+ days), a mandatory refresh clean ($160 per clean) is scheduled every 10–12 days to keep the apartment comfortable and well maintained. This is an additional cost, separate from the standard cleaning fee, and is payable during the stay.
