You have the apartment to yourself and the external courtyard is secure. You access the property by entering a code into the external courtyard entry gate.
There is ample secure parking on the premises at the rear of the building (off the street).

Other things to note
This property is essentially in the heart of Port Lincoln - on a Friday and Saturday night, you will possibly hear the happy sounds of the weekend. You are a 1 minute walk from the water!
We will accept a well behaved, smaller to medium breed dog on application. Note that the courtyard is fully enclosed and secure, however there is no grassy area.
