Sleeping up to 10 guests, the home features modern interiors, multiple living areas, and indoor-outdoor entertaining.
Enjoy the upstairs balconies, plus a covered outdoor area, front verandah, and fully fenced yard, all just moments from the shores of St Georges Basin.
The space
This newly renovated home is thoughtfully designed across two levels, offering multiple living zones and comfortable accommodation for families or groups.
Upstairs:
A private retreat featuring a queen bedroom with an ensuite and its own lounge area, all enjoying elevated water views. Step out onto both the front and rear balconies to enjoy the view.
Downstairs:
The main living area includes a comfortable lounge with TV, flowing out to a covered outdoor entertaining space with dining and seating.
The open-plan kitchen is fully equipped with a gas stove, large oven, dishwasher, microwave, and fridge/freezer, and connects to the dining area overlooking the front yard.

Bedroom 1 (Upstairs): Queen bed with ensuite
Bedroom 2: Queen bed with ensuite
Bedroom 3: Queen bed
Bedroom 4: Single Bunk Bed, 1 x Single bed with trundle

The backyard is extremely large - perfect for a game of soccer - and is fully fenced.
There is a fantastic fire pit area to enjoy evenings by the fire.
The covered outdoor entertaining/BBQ area includes an 8-seater dining table and a 9-seater lounge, ideal for relaxing or hosting.

Water views are enjoyed from both levels, with the home positioned across the road from the waterfront.
