This elevated two-bedroom apartment features two comfortable bedrooms, a robe which converts to a 3rd temporary bedroom with a rollaway single bed, & a comfy queen sofa in the lounge capable of sleeping up to 3x couples & 1x single, while still being suitable for a getaway for 2.
2x modern bathrooms, open-plan living and dining, a protected but open balcony, and a fully equipped kitchen ideal for short or extended stays.
Tall ceilings & Large windows capture ocean and skyline views, filling the space with natural light day and night.
Located within the new Meriton complex in central Surfers Paradise, guests are just steps from the beach, restaurants, cafes, shopping and light rail. Resort-style facilities including pools, spa, sauna and gym are available for guests to enjoy throughout their stay.

Guest access
Guests have full private access to the entire apartment during their stay, including both bedrooms, bathroom, kitchen, living area and sheltered balcony with clear access to the open air from up high, and the robe which converts to bed 3.
You will also enjoy access to the building’s resident facilities including outdoor and indoor pools, spa, sauna, gym and shared resort areas. Entry is via secure lift and key access.
Please note this is a privately owned apartment within the Meriton complex. Hotel reception services, daily housekeeping and room service are not included.

Privately owned apartment within a residential tower. Please respect neighbours and keep noise to a minimum, especially at night. Strictly no parties, events or smoking.
This is not a hotel room, so daily servicing and reception services are not included, but everything you need for a comfortable stay is provided and ready for you to live like its your own home.
Sofa pulls out to become a queen bed to sleep 2x additional guests, bedding will be provided on advanced request if guest numbers are sufficient
when your booking has enougy guests, The walk in robe in bedroom 1 will include a single rollaway bed allowing this space to be utilised as a small convertible bedroom, retaining privacy from the main bedroom area, but sharing the ensuite. please note this is not a full 3rd bedroom, and it is a rollaway. there is just no other way to list this bedding option other than to put it in its own room as a bed on the listing.
please ensure guest numbers on booking are correct, and note ahead of your visit if bedding is required for the futon or rollaway so our cleaner can prepare accordingly for you.

we provide keypad and remote access to the appartment, but there is only 1x elevator fob available (this is a building management limitation). the fob is required for pool/spa/sauna/gym access so larger groups will need to coordinate access if youre doing things in different areas individually, but we have a location for you to leave key downstairs if different group members are leaving and unsure who will be returning first.
we typically cater to guests flying in as the unit is walking distance from everything. if you are driving, there is no car park provided at this location. there is a cheap council park accross the rear corner road, close enough to throw a paper plane, and visible out the appartment window if you look down. theres also free street parking overnight directly out front, and multiple other private parks on the streets immediateley surrounding, but peak demand times and events you should expect it to be busy, thats just the nature of Surfers Paradise. we are unable to arrange parking for guests.
