Full of natural light and stunning views, our place is a real gem for your family holiday. Surfers Rest has a prime, elevated position with lush rainforest and Ocean views. A North facing outdoor deck & verandah, bathed in sunshine all day long & a perfect spot to enjoy both the sunrise & sunset. Take a dip in the pool any time of year. Newly renovated with a warm coastal feel, plush furnishings & earthy tones. The kitchen is a culinary delight. 3 minute drive to a pristine beach.

The space
Situated in an elevated position you are only a short drive to both the Ocean Shores shopping centre and the idyllic pristine beach of New Brighton.
Parking for 2 cars on the driveway
Enter from the driveway and go down into the main open plan living space which is immaculate, spacious, light and airy.
Benefit from Ocean breezes or the ducted Air conditioning throughout the home. Allowing you a comfortable temperature all year round.
The kitchen is an absolute delight. Plenty of storage and space with a serving hatch and bar. Conveniently located next tot the BBQ and undercover dining.
The home has many spaces to sit and relax for some privacy or to come together to entertain.
Boasting to 2 living spaces, one with a smart tv and sound system.
A cosy reading nook and a workspace.
Each bedroom comes with a comfy mattress, quality linen and built in robes and all have access out on to the covered balcony upstairs.
All have ducted Aircon, ceiling fan & block out blinds.
Bedroom 1 - King bed with ensuite and bath tub
Bedroom 2 & 3 are both Queens and have a desk and chair

All have eco toiletries provided
Bathroom 1 is downstairs and doubles up as the laundry room

We have a fully fenced and compliant pool with sun loungers
The garden area has a fire pit and dining with umbrella

There is a studio attached to the house which sometimes hosts the owner. They have a seperate entrance to the left of the driveway. They do not use the outside facilities whilst they are there and are very quiet.
