Guests have private access to the entire studio, outdoor deck and parking area at the back of the studio.

- Studio 840 is located 1km from the beautiful Yarrum Downs House wedding venue should you need additional accommodation requirements.
- As with any bushland property in Australia, you may encounter local wildlife and the occasional friendly (and not-so-friendly) creepy crawlies. We provide all the essentials to ensure your comfort, but embrace the authentic Australian bush experience – it's all part of the magic!
- Studio 840 has a strict No Party Policy in place. Bookings will be cancelled upon breach of these rules with no refund provided.
- This accommodation is non-smoking. We respectfully request that our guests do not smoke in the property.
- Noise needs to be kept to a minimum as it's a residential area.
- Linen included - excluding beach towels - guest to supply their own.
- No washer and dryer facilities available.
- There are ceiling fans, but no air conditioning
- No pets allowed.
