Ulmarra was built in 1952 and still has a lot of that old charm. It offers a unique experience with beautiful gardens wrapping around the entire house offering complete privacy and tranquility. If you love wildlife then this is the place for you! It welcomes regular kangaroos and a range of native birds that will make your stay all the more enjoyable.

The space
This property is set on waterfront reserve and has a private jetty for our guests to enjoy. Perfect for an afternoon of fishing, swimming or relaxing with a cold beverage of your choice.
Located in the inlet and only minutes from St.Georges Basin with a view to die for. Ulmarra is located very close to town and local clubs by a path that spands the waterfront making it perfect for cycling or a walk.
Most bedrooms and all living rooms have smart tv's with high speed wifi also provided.
Ulmarra has a fully equipped kitchen and laundry as well as outdoor cooking options. A mud room is located at the back of the kitchen with external access to shower off those beach visits.
Ulmarra's dining table hosts 12 people and is surrounded by windows for you to enjoy the spectacular gardens and River view. The outdoor entertaining space is positioned off the main lounge and dining. It has seating for 8 people with additional seating also provided. BBQ is also located on this verandah as well as access to Bed 1. This space is very sheltered from weather and is the perfect place to relax any time of the day. The flat is accessed by a path from the main house. This flat consists of 2 Queen Beds, Bathroom, Smart Tv, Kitchenette and Fridge. This is located on the ground level with spectacular views through the gardens and river. You can expect to wake up to a Kangaroo or two outside your window in the morning or by the laughing kookaburras.
Ulmarra has a timber lined lounge we have named "The Whisky Room" which looks out to the front gardens and is bathed with the afternoon sun. Please enjoy a glass of our Ulmarra whisky on us.
