The space
Nestled high amongst the trees on Station Road, Station Road Loft is a private retreat designed for rest, romance, and slow country living. Located on the second level of our home with its own private entrance, the loft feels completely tucked away, surrounded by greenery and overlooking the peaceful countryside of Berry.
This spacious studio-style loft is bathed in natural light thanks to soaring 4m ceilings and floor-to-ceiling windows. The centerpiece is a luxurious queen-size four-poster bed. Open the balcony doors to let in the sunshine and gentle breeze, or step outside to enjoy a quiet moment as you watch the town go by.
Our outdoor deck has been thoughtfully designed for pure relaxation, complete with a daybed to unwind on and a vintage clawfoot bath for the ultimate luxury soak. An outdoor shower is also available, perfect for rinsing off after a day at the beach before settling in for the evening.
The property includes a cozy bathroom with all your essentials (shower, toilet, sink, and mirror), along with a separate vanity area featuring a large mirror and power outlets, perfect for preparing for weddings or special occasions.
You’ll also find a thoughtfully appointed kitchenette with everything needed for a comfortable stay, including a microwave, Nespresso coffee machine, kettle, toaster, and a beautiful collection of vintage tableware to elevate your dining experience. We’ve also sourced local teas and kitchen essentials for you to enjoy during your stay.
Optional breakfast packages are available for an additional fee, including breakfast grazing boards and freshly made egg and bacon rolls. Simply let us know in advance, and we’ll have everything prepared for your arrival.
To make your stay extra special, we offer complimentary coffee cards to a charming local cafe just around the corner, so you can enjoy a relaxing start to your day while exploring the heart of Berry.
With its crisp white interiors and elegant design, Station Road Loft is ideal for pre-wedding preparations, photoshoots, or simply capturing beautiful moments. We’ve hosted bridal parties and creative projects that have taken full advantage of the abundant natural light and the unique character of the space.
Conveniently located in the heart of Berry Village, the loft is walking distance to charming shops, cafes, and restaurants, as well as the Berry Showground, home to a variety of local events throughout the year. Across the road, the Berry train station connects you to nearby destinations like Gerringong, Kiama, Wollongong, and Sydney, making exploring the region effortless.
Infants are warmly welcome at Station Road Loft. As a family ourselves, we know how special and important a weekend away can be, even with little ones in tow. If you would like to bring your infant, please get in touch with us prior to your stay so we can help make your visit as comfortable as possible. We’re also happy to discuss options for families travelling with more than one child.

Other things to note
Please note that Station Road Loft is located across from the Berry train station. While trains do not pass through town regularly—especially on weekends—there may be some occasional noise.
Additionally, the loft does not currently have block-out blinds, so natural light may filter through in the mornings.
