The space
This spacious, fully renovated villa is the perfect base to explore the beauty of the Amalfi Coast while enjoying a fun, relaxing holiday and living La Dolce Vita in the sunshine of Southern Italy!
Set in expansive gardens high in the tranquil hills of the Sorrento Peninsula and surrounded by rolling greenery, the lovely villa has large outdoor terraces and a beautifully landscaped pool, and enjoys incredible views over the Mediterranean sea and rugged Amalfi coastline. The grounds and pool are exclusive to the villa (not shared).
The villa has two bright floors, each with panoramic terrace and air-conditioning. There is plenty of onsite secure parking.
The ground floor is comprised of an entrance hall, a sitting room/lounge area (with a double sofa bed that sleeps two), plus a large, eat-in kitchen that is fully equipped with hob, oven, fridge, freezer, and dining table. French doors lead directly onto the terrace, where the outdoor furniture and BBQ makes for easy al-fresco dining in the warm summer air.
In addition, this floor has two large bedrooms; one has a double bed, and the other has either twin beds or a double bed (arranged to your preference). Each room has wide french doors accessing the scenic wrap-around terrace, and there are also two bathrooms on this floor - one is an ensuite with shower, while the other has a bath-tub and shower, perfect for children. There is air conditioning in both bedrooms and an extra rollaway bed can be provided if required, for an extra fee.
The spacious second floor has two large air conditioned bedrooms: one has twin beds or a double bed (set up according to your preference), while the other bedroom is a large double room. There is one bathroom with shower, and a well-equipped kitchenette, saving the need to go downstairs. The second floor's outdoor terrace has unobstructed views over the gardens and the pool area, and the Mediterranean sea beyond - a great place to relax and read as the sun sets over the surrounding olive groves.
The ample space indoors is matched by vast outdoor areas, which includes an on-site BBQ, or just laze in a comfortable lounger and parasol surrounded by flat lawns, and soak up the unforgettable views from the 9x5m private pool.

Please note that the villa is not in the town centre of Sorrento, but rather set in the spectacular hills close to the authentic local village of Sant'Agata sui Due Golfi.
Guest access
Guests will have full, private and exclusive access to the villa, pool and surrounding gardens. Entry is via a security gate, and the sweeping driveway leads to plentiful on-site parking, with level-access to the villa.
Other things to note
Please note that from 1 April to 31 October, the local council has instituted a mandatory tourist tax of €2 per person per day on all non-residents over the age of 18. This tourist tax must be added to the total amount of your stay, and needs to be paid in cash on arrival.
Check in time is strictly from 4pm - 8pm, while checkout is at 10am.
Heating fee (only during cold months, if heating is required): €3 per hour per floor.
Linen and towels are included in your stay.
IMPORTANT: The house should be left in the condition in which you found it - specifically, neat and tidy, with all kitchen items washed and put away. We reserve the right to withhold a portion of your security deposit for those who do not respect this rule.
If you would like a cleaner/maid service or in-house catering, please enquire for details on fees.
Please note that the neighbours have dogs. If you keep all gates closed they should not enter the property. If gates are left open, they might try to come and say hello during your stay - but please do not feed or encourage them, as this is confusing for them! We only mention this in case you are particularly fearful of dogs! They will not bother you if you leave gates closed.
