Beautiful and walkable

This area is scenic and easy to get around.
Welcome to 'Solitude', our (renovated) 1960s Beach Shack! Just one street away from the Esplanade and pristine shores of Aldinga Beach. Find 'solitude' and tranquillity in the native coastal garden and relax in the hammock or outdoor bath. Perfect for couples, a family of 3, or friends looking for a relaxed beachside getaway. Only a few steps to the Breeze Cafe, locally sourced wines at the Sourc'd Wine Bar, or many restaurants in walking distance. You can see more at: jewelcoaching~com~au

The space
Step inside and be greeted by the retro charm of the 1960's. The interiors have been designed to create a sense of nostalgia, featuring vintage furnishings and decor that help you take a step back to a quieter time.

The lounge room is a lovely space to unwind, complete with comfortable seating and a smart TV, DVD player and a collection of DVD's.

The renovated kitchen is a mix of old and new. You'll find all the essential appliances and utensils. Note: there is no dishwasher.

There is an indoor dining table for 4, where you can share holiday laughter, board games and stories over delicious food. There is a small bluetooth stereo, or you may prefer to bring your own bluetooth speaker.

The main bedroom features a very comfortable 'pillow top' Queen-sized bed, bedside tables/drawers, tall wardrobe and large dressing table.

The second bedroom has a comfortable full-size single bed (in a daybed frame) and large built-in wardrobes. There is also a gas-lift workdesk that adjusts to standing height, or can be used seated with a comfortable chair. The second bedroom is perfect for a second adult, or for families with an older child/teenager. If you are travelling with a baby, the room could also be used with your own portacot.

After a day of sun and sand, sink into the soft sofa for an afternoon nap, enjoy a peaceful stroll in the 'secret garden', or perhaps read a book in the hammock.

The new bathroom retains its retro allure while offering all the amenities you need (brand new shower, toilet, vanity, large mirror).

Outdoor Space:
Step outside and bask in the sun in our patio area, with hammock, outdoor dining table, BBQ. There is also an outdoor shower with hot and cold water to enjoy when you return from the beach. An outdoor cast iron claw-foot bath is also available.

Out the back you will feel like you have stepped into your own private sanctuary. Your very own secret garden, with an abundance of native bird life that come to visit. It's not uncommon to have the Monarch butterflies flitting in and out. If you're looking for a long walk (or hike), the Aldgina Conservation Park and Willunga Basin Trail are also nearby.

The spacious backyard is perfect for soaking up the sunshine, swinging in the hammock, enjoying a barbecue, or simply sipping your morning coffee as you listen to the soothing sounds of nature.

Come and experience the magic of the 1960's in our beach shack. Book your stay now for a memorable beachside vacation filled with sun, sand, and retro charm!
