Welcome to our self contained apartment in the heart of Moonah just 5km to Hobart CBD and a 10 minute drive to Mona. We are opposite the cycle track that will take you directly into town.

We have converted a commercial warehouse and offices into award winning visitor accommodation, our residence and studios plus a warehouse gallery space. The renovation was completed in April 2023.

The space
A light airy space with ducted air conditioning for cool air in the summer and heating in the winter. Day and Night blinds for privacy. Your own entrance way with key lockbox. Secure off street parking in the front yard.

The unit contains all amenities you need for your stay; cook at home or eat out at the nearby restaurants and cafes.

Guest access
The warehouse building is a gallery and art studio. Guests are welcome to look around the gallery when the shutter is open. In the front yard there is also a sauna for guest use.

Other things to note
We're both working artists so will be on site. Our residence is on one side, with hairsalon and studio on ground level.

We have a gentle greyhound called Bear who is the most relaxed and friendly dog. He loves meeting new people when he's not asleep.

In October 2024 our place won the Housing Industry Association award for small commercial build.
